Election day wrecked havoc on the ratings simply because a lot of shows were already scheduled to be repeats and the few new episodes were pre-empted in certain markets for election coverage (Grrr! Argh!!).
But the following is how the dramas that did air last night fared:
8 PM Shows:
NCIS (CBS) [repeat] – 11.5 million
Glee (FOX) [repeat] – 5.1 million
One Tree Hill (The CW) [pre-empted on West Coast] – 2.1 million
9 PM Shows:
NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS) [repeat] – 11.1 million
Life Unexpected (The CW) [pre-empted on West Coast] – 1.8 million
