Q&A SECTION (with Leanne Aguilera from E! Online)

Question: I’ve been watching the Once Upon a Time finale over and over! Anything you tell us about season four? – Rachel

Leanne: From what we’ve heard, next season the rivalry between Regina and Emma is back on, and more FIERCE than ever. Regina won’t take it lying down that Emma destroyed her one chance at true happiness by bringing back Maid Marian.

Question: Orphan Black is so so so good! Please spill on what’s coming up for next week—I can’t wait! – Tyra

Leanne: It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for! This week’s episode features a character pairing that we’ve wanted ever since we first heard the words “seestra” and “sharesies.” That’s right, Clone Clubbers! On Saturday, Felix and Helena are finally coming face-to-face and it’s even more incredible than we could have ever hoped for. (There may or may not be hissing involved…) Oh and brace yourselves for a very special treat: naked Hot Paul!

Question: That Revenge finale was INSANITY! Is the show really going to be Victoria as the revenge-seeker now? – Lorna

Leanne: From what we know, yes. Emily will be living in Grayson Manor and Victoria will be the one narrating the show and out for revenge, wanting to take down Emily/Amanda and make her pay for everything she lost. Pretty big game-changer! And by the way, we hear another main character will be written out next season. Perhaps the biggest cast departure yet.

Question: You guys are only talking about Emison and Ezria in all your Pretty Little Liars Scoop, but what about Haleb?! – Trisha

Leanne: We’ve got to warn you, our Hanna is going to be going through quite a bit of changes in this upcoming season. We’ll let executive producer Joseph Dougherty explain it all to you: “Hanna’s look is going to be adjusted, Hanna’s attitude is going to be adjusted. Caleb and Hanna have both changed, and they’ve both had experiences that the other one is un-privy to,” the showrunner said. “And in both cases for their experiences, they really aren’t at liberty to discuss it, and they’re both personally under a lot of stress inside. So I think both of them are kind of looking to the other to kind of say, ‘Take me back to that safe place where I once was before.'”

That’s it. Enjoy!

Letters to Juliet on DVD

Letters to Juliet

Tomorrow the wonderful romantic comedy Letters to Juliet will be released on DVD. The movie stars Amanda Seyfried as Sophie Hall, a fact checker at The New Yorker magazine who dreams of becoming a writer, but her boss, Bobby, does not share her wishes.

She and her fiancé, Victor (Gael Garcia Bernal) – who is about to open an Italian restaurant in downtown New York – take a “pre-honeymoon” trip to Verona, Italy; but instead of being enthusiastic about spending time together Victor is more busy with wine cheeses for his restaurant than spending time with Sophie.

While out sightseeing alone, Sophie comes across the house where Juliet Capulet supposedly lived and watches as countless people leave letters on “Juliet’s Wall,” which are retrieved by a young Italian woman for whom Sophie follows back to the offices of “Juliet’s secretaries”. The next day, while helping the secretaries collect more letters, Sophie finds a letter at the wall from 1957.

Sophie feels compelled to write to Claire (Vanessa Redgrave), the author of the 1957 letter, and a few days later a young English man named Charlie Wyman (Chris Egan) arrives, revealing his grandmother is Claire and she has accompanied him to track down her lost love. This visit sets off a wonderful cross-country trip to track down Claire’s one true love.

If you would like to learn more about Letters to Juliet or if you’d like to relive the romance contained in this wonderful film, get your DVD when it goes on sale tomorrow. You can also learn more about Letters to Juliet via the film’s official website.

Browncoats: Redemption Cast (c) BrownscoatsRedemption.com

Are you a Browncoat?

If you know what that word means, then you are a fan of the short-lived, Joss Whedon created series Firefly, which eventually spawned the theatrical release Serenity.

A Browncoat was the nickname for the “soldiers” who fought on the side of the Independent Faction in the fictionalized war between the inhabitants of the Outer Planets and the Alliance, the trained fighters from within the colonized planets in the world depicted in the Firefly TV series. The Independents wore simple, brown dusters as their uniforms in comparison to the purple-tinted body armor worn by the members of the Alliance.

In a show of support, the fans of the series took on the moniker of Browncoats to declare their dedication and allegiance to all things Firefly. With that devotion firmly implanted, a group of fans, with the blessing of Joss Whedon himself (and with assistance from FOX, Universal Studios, and Mary Parent from MGM, who was instrumental to the making of the film Serenity), a new fan-made movie, continuing the story as depicted in the motion picture Serenity, was born.

Original Firefly-Serenity Cast

Browncoats: Redemption – wholly funded by fans, for fans – with all proceeds from the sale of the DVD’s going to worthy charities – takes place three months after the events on Miranda, the fictional planet featured in Serenity (the movie). Captain Laura Matthews (actress Heather Fagan) and the crew of the ship Redemption are unintentionally thrown into a situation that some view as the potential catalyst for the second unified rise of the Independents against the Alliance. The Alliance is looking for a scape goat for Miranda while those unhappy with the Alliance are looking for a rallying cry to take action.

The crew of the ship Redemption includes Lux Lucre (actor Kevin Troy), Cameron Alan (actor Guy Wellman), James Banks (actor John Patrick Barry), Jack Haddington (actor P. J. Megaw), Brett Gray (actor Michael Levy) and Petra Jo Chen (actress Miriam Pultro).

The grand unveiling of the movie will be made during this weekend’s Dragon Con, which is taking place in Atlanta, Georgia; but if you cannot be there for the con, you can still watch the global online premiere via your home computer. There are several choices for your viewing pleasure: you can watch the film at Facebook by searching Browncoats: Redemption, visiting the movie’s official website or on the movie’s sponsors’ direct page for the premiere.

Mark your calendars for tomorrow, Saturday, September 4 at 7 PM Eastern Time to tune in for the global premiere. While you’re watching the film, you can also head over to Twitter to interact with other fans at twitter.com/browncoatsmovie or be a part of the conversation there, using the hashtag #browncoatsmovie.

Don’t be left out and go Browncoats! Remember the movie’s slogan: A new crew. A new ship. A new adventure. Charity has never been this exciting.

PS: This movie is 100% non-profit with all money raised from sales going to the following charities: Equality Now, Kids Need to Read, Dyslexia Foundation, The Al Wooten Jr. Heritage Center and The Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation.
