Tulip Fever

Set in the Netherlands in the 17th century, during the period of the tulip mania, an artist (Dane DeHaan) falls for a married young woman (Alicia Vikander) while he’s commissioned to paint her portrait by her husband (Christoph Waltz). The two invest in the risky tulip market in hopes to build a future together. The ensemble cast includes Zach Galifianakis, Dame Judi Dench, Jack O’Connell, Holliday Grainger, Matthew Morrison, Cara Delevingne, Tom Hollander, Kevin McKidd and David Harewood.

A CIA interrogator is lured into a ruse that puts London at risk of a biological attack. The film stars Noomi Rapace (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo), Orlando Bloom (Pirates of the Caribbean franchise), Michael Douglas (Ant-Man), John Malkovich (RED) and Toni Collette (The United States of Tara).
Viceroy’s House

The movie is about the inside life of the Viceroy’s House in 1947 during the Partition of India. The final Viceroy of India, Lord Mountbatten, has to oversee the transition of British India to independence, but meets with conflict as the sides clash in the face of monumental changes. The cast includes Hugh Bonneville (Downton Abbey), Gillian Anderson (The X-Files and American Gods), Manish Dayal (Halt and Catch Fire), Michael Gambon (Harry Potter franchise) and Simon Callow (Outlander).

On the morning of September 11, 2001, a messenger sings “Happy Birthday to You” to his daughter, a billionaire argues with his wife in a divorce hearing, a maintenance man begins his day and a young Russian decides she’s breaking up with her sugar daddy. When the first plane hits the World Trade Center, these five elevator passengers find themselves trapped. Forced to band together, they fight against all odds to escape before the imminent and inevitable collapse occurs. The film stars Charlie Sheen, Whoopi Goldberg, Gina Gershon, Jacqueline Bisset and Bruce Davison.

Alice Kinney (Reese Witherspoon), a single mom living in Los Angeles has her life change unexpectedly when she allows three young men to move in with her. The cast includes Candice Bergen, Michael Sheen, Lake Bell, Nat Wolff, Reid Scott, Pico Alexander and Lola Flanery (Shadowhunters).
Rebel in the Rye
Opens: September 8
The life of author J.D. Salinger (Nicholas Hoult) from his youth to the World War II era, including his romantic life and the publication of his debut novel The Catcher in the Rye. The film stars Zoey Deutch (Before I Fall), Kevin Spacey, Sarah Paulson (American Horror Story franchise), Victor Garber and Hope Davis.
All I See Is You
Opens: September 15
The plot tells the story of a blind woman (Blake Lively) and her husband (Jason Clarke). When her sight unexpectedly returns, she begins to discover the previously unseen and disturbing details about themselves, their marriage and their lives. The cast includes Yvonne Strahovski (Chuck), Danny Huston (Wonder Woman) and Wes Chatham (The Expanse).
American Assassin

Twenty three-year-old Mitch Rapp (Dylan O’Brien from Teen Wolf and The Maze Runner franchise) lost his parents to a tragic car accident at the age of fourteen, and his girlfriend to a terrorist attack just as they were engaged. Seeking revenge, he is enlisted by CIA Deputy Director Irene Kennedy (Sanaa Lathan from Now You See Me 2) as a black ops recruit. Kennedy then assigns Cold War veteran Stan Hurley (Michael Keaton) to train Mich. Together they will investigate a wave of apparently random attacks on military and civilian targets. The discovery of a pattern in the violence leads them to a joint mission with a lethal Turkish agent, Annika (Shiva Negar), to stop a mysterious operative, nicknamed “Ghost” (Taylor Kitsch from Friday Night Lights), intent on starting a world war in the Middle East.
Battle of the Sexes

The plot of this movie is loosely based on the 1973 tennis match between Billie Jean King Emma Stone) and Bobby Riggs (Steve Carell). The film also stars Alan Cumming, Bill Pullman, Sarah Silverman, Elisabeth Shue, Eric Christian Olsen (NCIS: Los Angeles) and Natalie Morales (White Collar and The Grinder).
Kingsman: The Golden Circle
Opens: September 22
The agents of Kingsman head to the United States to join forces with Statesman, Kingsman’s American counterpart, after Kingsman’s headquarters is destroyed by “The Golden Circle”. Taron Egerton, Colin Firth and Mark Strong reprise their roles while Julianne Moore, Halle Berry, Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges and Pedro Pascal join the cast.
Stronger
Opens: September 22
The film is based on the book of the same name by Jeff Bauman and Bret Witter. After losing his legs in the Boston Marathon bombing, Jeff Bauman (Jake Gyllenhaal) attempts to walk again and adjust to his new circumstances. The cast includes Tatiana Maslany (Orphan Black), Miranda Richardson and Clancy Brown.
American Made
Opens: September 29
American Made tells the story of Barry Seal (Tom Cruise), a TWA pilot who is recruited by the CIA to help counter the emerging communist threat in Central America. Seal’s role in this major CIA covert operation led in turn to his involvement with the Medellin cartel, which ultimately embarrassed the Reagan White House after the Iran-Contra scandal became public. The film stars Sarah Wright (Parks and Recreation), Domhnall Gleeson (Star Wars The Force Awakens), Jayma Mays (Glee), Jesse Plemons (Friday Night Lights and Fargo) and Connor Trinneer (Star Trek Enterprise).
