9 PM Shows:
The Chicago Code (FOX) – 8.1 million
The Cape (NBC) – 4.1 million
Gossip Girl (The CW) – 1.4 million

10 PM Shows:
Castle (ABC) [conclusion of 2-parter] – 10.2 million
Hawaii Five-0 (CBS) [repeat] – 7.2 million
Harry’s Law (NBC) – 9.2 million
