8 PM Show:
90210 (The CW) [repat] – 653,000 viewers

9 PM Shows:
Law & Order: Criminal Intent (NBC) [NEW] – 4.5 million
[Note: Criminal Intent airs on USA Network but NBC is reairing the new episodes as well)
House (FOX) [repat] – 3.4 million
Gossip Girl (The CW) [repeat] – 596,000 viewers

10 PM Show:
Hawaii Five-0 (CBS) [repeat] – 6.3 million
