9 PM Shows:
Law & Order: Criminal Intent (reair on NBC) – 5.2 million
Gossip Girl (The CW) [repeat] – 470,000 viewers
10 PM Shows:
Law & Order: Los Angeles (NBC) [NEW] – 6 million
Hawaii Five-0 (CBS) [repeat] – 6 million
