The State of the Union Address wrecked havoc with the programming on the major networks so there was very little new on TV last night, but here is how the few Tuesday night dramas that aired fared in the overall ratings:
8 PM Shows:
NCIS (CBS) [Reair] – 12.4 million
90210 (The CW) [NEW] – 1.3 million
SIDE NOTE: Thank GOD for cable, as there was plenty to watch over there.
