TELEVISION
Actor Michael Raymond-James (True Blood and the short-lived Terriers) is joining the cast of the second season of Once Upon a Time, but it would seem his role is being kept under wraps right now. (James Hibberd at Entertainment Weekly)
Actor Josh Stewart, who has a role in The Dark Knight Rises and appeared in the short-lived No Ordinary Family will be showing up on an episode of Grimm. He will play Bill, a middle-class guy who moonlights as a Badger-esque creature called a Drang-Zorn. He will show up in episode 7 of the second season. (Michael Ausiello at TV Line)
Actress Odette Annable (House) has landed a a multi-episode arc on Banshee, the upcoming new drama to air on Cinemax. Banshee centers on Lucas (Anthony Starr), an ex-convict and master thief who assumes the identity of the sheriff of Banshee, Penn, and continues to carry out his criminal activities even as shadowy gangsters hunt him. Annable will play a beautiful Native American assassin with a murky past. (Michael Ausiello at TV Line)
The six-episode Canadian series Bomb Girls will debut on ReelzChannel starting on September 11 at 10 PM. The series is a period drama about a group of women who risk their lives in a munitions factory in support of the European front during World War II that stars Jodi Balfour, Meg Tilly, Peter Outerbridge (Nikita) and Sebastian Pigott (Being Erica).
