The second Presidential debate screwed with the programming choices all over the TV last night so there was very little new dramas to watch last night on the major networks, but here is how the few that aired fared in the overall ratings:
8 PM Show:
Hart of Dixie (The CW) [NEW] – 1.3 million
9 PM Show:
Emily Owens, M.D. (The CW) [DEBUT] – 1.7 million
