Here is a list of new programming options to expect on TV this week on the major and cable networks:

On February 4, the new drama Monday Mornings will debut on TNT at 10 PM.

Smash will air its 2-hour season premiere on NBC on February 5 at 9 PM.

That same night the series finale of Emily Owens, M.D. will air on The CW at 9 PM.

On February 6, the BBC America 2-part mini-series Spies of Warsaw will debut at 9 PM. The second part of the mini will air on February 13.

The FOX drama Touch will be back with a new season on February 8 at 9 PM, starting with a two-hour premiere.

The Hallmark Channel movie Be My Valentine will debut on February 9 at 9 PM.

That same night over on Lifetime the new made-for-TV movie Twist of Faith will debut at 8 PM.

On February 10, Once Upon a Time and Revenge will both be back after a short break on ABC at 8 PM and 9 PM respectively.

The Walking Dead will be back with new episodes on AMC starting on February 10 at 10 PM.

Also February 10, the web series Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome will debut at 9 PM on Syfy.
