TELEVISION

Actor Ben Shenkman has been promoted to a series regular for the USA Network medical drama Royal Pains when the series returns for its 5th season this June. As viewers know, he plays Dr. Jeremiah Sacani in the drama. (Vlada Gelman at TV Line)

MADE-FOR-TV MOVIE NEWS

Actor Luke Evans (The Three Musketeers) will star in the two-part TV mini-series expected to air on the BBC in the UK. He will play Bruce Reynolds, the masterminded behind the Great Train Robbery. Reynolds hatched the plan for the 1963 mail train heist, at the time Britain’s biggest ever robbery. One part follows the thieves, the other the police and their efforts to catch the robbers.
