Congrats to all of the winners at the Academy Awards last night, including (but not limited to) Argo, Ang Lee, Daniel Day-Lewis, Jennifer Lawrence, Christoph Waltz, Anne Hathaway, Adele, Brave, Amour, Les Misérables and Anna Karenina.
TELEVISION
Actor Misha Collins will be back as a series regular on Supernatural when the show returns for its ninth season this fall. He, of course, has played angel Castiel since season four. (Vlada Gelman at TV Line)
Actor Alan Ritchson (Smallville and the upcoming The Hunger Games: Catching Fire) will guest star in an upcoming episode of Hawaii Five-0, playing a Navy SEAL who was McGarrett’s best buddy in the military. (Zap2It and Matt Mitovich at TV Line)
Actor James Sheridan (Homeland) will guest star in an upcoming episode of NCIS as McGee’s (Sean Murphy) father, Admiral John McGee. (Matt Mitovich at TV Line)
