The Following (FOX) [NEW] – 7.1 million

10 PM Shows:
Castle (ABC) [RETURN} – 11.2 million
Hawaii Five-0 (CBS) [NEW] – 8.8 million
Deception (NBC) [NEW – Finale] – 3.5 million
