BOOK NEWS (TV RELATED)
Showtime and Neil Jordan, the series creator of the recently defunct series The Borgias have announced the release of his new e-book “The Borgia Apocalypse”, which is based on Jordan’s original script for the show’s two-hour finale. The e-book should be available this week. (TV By the Numbers)
The next book in the Nikki Heat series, written by fictional TV character Richard Castle, played by Nathan Fillion in the TV series Castle entitled “Deadly Heat” will be released on September 17. The series will be back for its sixth season on ABC on September 23. (The Futon Critic)

Hart Hanson, creator of the TV series Bones and Jason Horwitch, creator of the TV shows Rubicon and Medical Investigation, have teamed up for a new crime drama procedural with a romantic twist for FOX. The project, which is being called Noone, will be set in San Francisco, focusing on a female police detective and her unlikely ally. (Nellie Andreeva at Deadline)
