Here is how the Tuesday night shows that aired fall finales fared in the overall ratings last night:

9 PM Show:
NCIS: Los Angeles (CBS) [NEW – Fall Finale] – 15.3 million

10 PM Show:
Person of Interest (CBS) [NEW – Fall Finale] – 12.1 million
