Here is a short list of the programming options to expect on TV this week:

The winter finale of Hart of Dixie will air on The CW at 8 PM.

The new ABC Family drama Twisted will return for the rest of its debut season on February 11 at 9 PM.

The second season of House of Cards will return to Netflix on February 14.

And, the season finale of Atlantis will air at 9 PM on BBC America.
