Detective Lieutenant Everett Backstrom (Rainn Wilson from The Office) is a man with no filter. After a five-year banishment to the traffic division for offensive behavior, he has returned from disgrace to lead Portland’s newly minted S.C.U. An immensely talented artist, the CEO of Empire Entertainment and a former street thug, his reign has been unchallenged for years.
