It was a full night – for the most part – of programming on the major networks, but football pre-empted programming in different areas so the ratings that follow are, sadly, inflated.

8 PM Shows:
The Astronaut Wives Club (ABC) [NEW] – 4.6 million
Beauty And the Beast (The CW) [NEW] – 1.7 million
9 PM Show:
Mistresses (ABC) [NEW] – 4.3 million
10 PM Shows:
Under the Dome (CBS) [NEW] – 5.7 million
Rookie Blue (ABC) [NEW] – 4.3 million
