8 PM Shows:

Scream Queens (FOX) [NEW – Two-Hour Series Debut] – 4 million

9 PM Show:
NCIS: New Orleans (CBS) [NEW – Season Premiere] – 12.5 million

10 PM Show:
Limitless (CBS) [NEW – Series Debut] – 9.8 million
