The third night of the new 2015-2016 TV season featured even more returning dramas on the major networks as well as the debut of one new show.

Here is how those Wednesday dramas fared in the overall ratings last night:

8 PM Shows:
Rosewood (FOX) [NEW – Series Debut] – 7.4 million
The Mysteries of Laura (NBC) [NEW – Season Premiere] – 6.9 million

9 PM Shows:
Empire (FOX) [NEW – Season Premiere] – 16 million
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC) [NEW – Two-Hour Season Premiere] – 8.2 million

10 PM Show:
Nashville (ABC) [NEW – Season Premiere] – 5 million
