Frequency (The CW) [NEW] – 1 million

10 PM Shows:
Designated Survivor (ABC) [NEW] – 6 million
Chicago P.D. (NBC) [NEW] – 5.8 million
Code Black (CBS) [NEW] – 5.7 million
