9 PM Shows:
Madam Secretary (CBS) [NEW] – 7.3 million [Delayed due to March Madness]
Chicago Justice (NBC) [NEW] – 5.7 million
Time After Time (ABC) [NEW] – 1.8 million
10 PM Shows:
Elementary (CBS) [NEW] – 4.6 million [Delayed due to March Madness]
Shades of Blue (NBC) [NEW] – 4.1 million
American Crime (ABC) [NEW] – 1.9 million
