It was a rather full night of programming on Friday night with nearly all of the Friday night shows airing new episodes except for Hawaii Five-0 on CBS (as it didn’t air) and The Exorcist on FOX (which was pre-empted for baseball).
Here is how all of the dramas that aired new episodes fared in the overall ratings on Friday night:
8 PM Shows:
Blindspot (NBC) [Season Premiere] – 4.1 million viewers
Once Upon a Time (ABC) [NEW] – 2.5 million viewers
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (The CW) [NEW] – 605,000 viewers
9 PM Shows:
MacGyver (CBS) [NEW – Different Timeslot] – 6.4 million viewers
Marvel’s Inhumans (ABC) [NEW] – 2.2 million viewers
Jane the Virgin (The CW) [NEW] – 599,000 viewers
10 PM Show:
Blue Bloods (CBS) [NEW] – 8.2 million viewers
