9 PM Shows:
Bull (CBS) [NEW] – 10.7 million viewers
Rise (NBC) [NEW] – 4.5 million viewers
Black Lightning (The CW) [NEW] – 1.5 million viewers

10 PM Shows:
NCIS: New Orleans (CBS) [NEW] – 8.5 million viewers
Chicago Med (NBC) [NEW] – 5.8 million viewers
For the People (ABC) [NEW] – 3.6 million viewers
