9 PM Shows:
Station 19 (ABC) [NEW] – 5.8 million viewers
Arrow (The CW) [NEW] – 1.1 million viewers

10 PM Shows:
S.W.A.T. (CBS) [NEW] – 5.3 million viewers
Chicago Fire (NBC) [NEW] – 5.3 million viewers
Scandal (ABC) [NEW – New Time] – 3.8 million viewers
