9 PM Shows:
SEAL Team (CBS) [NEW] – 6.3 million viewers
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (NBC) [NEW] – 5.4 million viewers
Star (FOX) [NEW] – 4.3 million viewers

10 PM Shows:
Chicago P.D. (NBC) [NEW] – 5.8 million viewers
Criminal Minds (CBS) [NEW] – 5.1 million viewers
Designated Survivor (ABC) [NEW] – 3.4 million viewers
