Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:
On July 30, the season finale of Dietland will air at 9 PM on AMC.
The series finale of The Originals will air on August 1 on The CW at 9 PM.
Also on August 1, the season premiere of the anthology series The Sinner will air on the USA Network at 10 PM. This season will follow Detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) who returns to his hometown in rural New York to assess an unsettling and heart wrenching crime — parents murdered by their 11-year-old son (Elisha Henig), with no apparent motive. As Ambrose realizes there’s nothing ordinary about the boy or where he came from, the investigation pulls him into the hidden darkness of his hometown. He’s pitted against those who’ll stop at nothing to protect its secrets — and the mysterious Vera (Carrie Coon) who proves to be a complicated, enigmatic piece to this haunting puzzle.
Freeform will air the season finale of the new series Marvel’s Cloak & Dagger on August 2 at 8 PM.
On August 3, the series finale of Quantico will air at 8 PM on ABC.
The Netflix feature film Like Father will debut online on August 3. Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars and The Good Place) is left at the altar and ends up going on her honeymoon cruise with her estranged father (Kelsey Grammer) and meeting a nice guy along the way (Seth Rogen).
On August 4, the Hallmark Channel original movie A Summer to Remember will debut at 9 PM, starring Catherine Bell (Good Witch) and soap star Cameron Mathison.
Chesapeake Shores will return for the start of its third season on the Hallmark Channel on August 5 at 9 PM; meanwhile that same night the EPIX spy drama Deep State will air its season finale at 9 PM; the new HBO drama Succession will air its 70-minute season finale at 10 PM and the series finale of The Tunnel: Vengeance will air on PBS at 10:30 PM.
Also on August 5, the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries new movie Garage Sale Mystery: The Pandora’s Box Murders will debut at 9 PM, starring Lori Loughlin (When Calls the Heart).
