It was a full night of programming on the major networks last night with nearly all of the Sunday night dramas airing new episodes as well as plenty of reality, a little bit of news, some repeats and animation.

On March 28, the Hallmark Channel movie Just My Type will debut at 9 PM.

Pop culture writer and aspiring novelist Vanessa Sills (Bethany Joy Lenz) lands the interview of a lifetime with the illustrious, elusive and reclusive mystery author Martin Clayborne (Brett Dalton) in his quaint rural town only to realize her own aspirations, dreams and romantic life have taken a back seat along the way. When Vanessa returns home to Portland and a mysterious gift arrives from Martin, she then makes a surprise decision, and finally takes her own advice to “go boldly in the direction of your dreams and live the life you imagine.”

On March 27, the new Syfy series Vagrant Queen will debut at 10 PM.

Inspired by the Vault comic of the same name, the series focuses on Elida (Adriyan Rae), an orphaned queen who refuses to accept her true title. Instead, she prefers to scavenge and get into scrapes throughout the galaxy as the Republic government seeks to snuff out her royal bloodline. Elida’s existence is turned upside down when her friend from way back, Isaac (Tim Rozon of Wynonna Earp fame), claims that Elida’s mother, Xevelyn, is still alive. With some help from a new ally, Amae (Alex McGregor), Elida and Isaac “stage a rescue that will take her back into the perilous heart of her former kingdom and up against a deadly foe from her childhood, Commander Lazaro (Paul du Toit).

Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:

On March 24, the season finale of Carter will air at 12 midnight on WGN America.

Also on March 24, the season finale of This Is Us will air on NBC at 9 PM followed by the debut of the new drama Council of Dads at 10 PM. Council of Dads cover what happens when a loving father of four has his entire life’s plan thrown into upheaval by an unexpected health scare, he calls on a few of his closest allies to step in as back-up dads for every stage of his growing family’s life. Scott assembles a trusted group of role models that includes Anthony (Clive Standen), his oldest friend; Larry (Michael O’Neill), his AA sponsor; and Oliver (J. August Richards), his surgeon and best friend to his wife, Robin. These men agree to devote themselves to supporting and guiding Scott’s amazing family through all the triumphs and challenges life has to offer – just in case he ever can’t be there to do so himself. The show will also star Sarah Wayne Callies and Tom Everett Scott.

The season finale of Star Trek: Picard will air on CBS All Access on March 26.

Also on March 26, the season finale of The Sinner will air on the USA Network at 9 PM; and that same night (March 26), A Million Little Things will air its season finale on ABC at 10:01 PM.

The three season of the Netflix drama Ozark will air online on March 27.

On March 29, the 9th season premiere of Call the Midwife will air on PBS at 8 PM.

The UPtv movie Undercover Angel movie will debut at 7 PM on March 29. When an angel is sent down from heaven to help a young girl find a new dad, the angel falls in love with the girl’s mother, ultimately forcing him into the unlikeliest of choices. The film stars Katharine Isabelle, Shawn Roberts and Britt Irvin.
