9 PM Shows:
9-1-1: Lone Star (FOX) [NEW] – 5.4 million viewers
All Rise (CBS) [NEW] – 4.1 million viewers
Black Lightning (The CW) [NEW – Season Premiere] – 525,000 viewers
10 PM Show:
Bull (CBS) [NEW] – 5.2 million viewers
