Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:
On April 27, the season finale of Delilah will air on OWN at 9 PM.
The season premiere of The Handmaid’s Tale will air on Hulu online on April 28.
On April 30, the Amazon feature film Tom Clancy’s Without Remorse will debut online. Seeking justice for the murder of his pregnant wife, an elite Navy SEAL uncovers a covert plot (Michael B. Jordan) that threatens to engulf the United States and Russia in an all-out war. The ensemble cast includes Jamie, Bell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Luke Mitchell, Colman Domingo, Guy Pearce, and Cam Gigandet.
The new Apple TV+ drama The Mosquito Coast will debut online on April 30. Adapted from the best-selling novel, the series is a gripping adventure, following the dangerous journey of a radical idealist and brilliant inventor, Allie Fox (Justin Theroux), who uproots his family for Mexico when they suddenly find themselves on the run from the US government. Melissa George, Logan Polish and Gabriel Bateman co-star.
Also on April 30, there will be a special – Marvel Studios Assembled: The Making of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier – airing on Disney+ online as well as the series finale of MacGyver airing that same night at 8 PM on CBS.
The UPtv original movie Just for the Summer will debut at 7 PM on May 2. English teacher Penelope Campbell (Hayley Sales from Cedar Cove and Hallmark’s The Perfect Bride movies) loves her annual summer vacations visiting her Grandma Dot, despite Dot’s constant attempts to set her up with every single man in town. This year, she bumps into Jason Humphrey (Brant Daugherty from Pretty Little Liars), none other than her childhood sweetheart, who is still as handsome and charming as ever. It’s a little awkward at first but the conversation soon turns to Jason’s own Grandma Sophie, who keeps doing the same to him. In order to evade the efforts of their matchmaking grandmothers, they make a pact pretending to date each other, but will the old sparks return?
Lastly, also on May 2, the season premiere of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will air on The CW at 8 PM followed by Batwoman at its new time of 9 PM; the third season of The Girlfriend Experience will air on Starz at 8 PM followed by The Gloaming at its new timeslot of 9 PM and the two-hour season premiere of Pose will air on FOX at 10 PM.
