Turns out Kate’s the one woman who refuses to fall prey to Drew’s charms, which, of course, only makes her more irresistible to him.
On February 4, the Amazon feature film Book of Love will debut online. This rom-com flick follows Henry, an uptight English writer (Sam Claflin) whose novel is a total failure. One bright spot is that the book is a hit in Mexico but when he is invited to the country to promote it, he soon discovers why. The Spanish translator, Maria (Veronica Echegui), has rewritten his dull book as an erotic novel. The writer is furious, and even more so when his publisher pairs them on a book tour across Mexico.
The new Amazon series Reacher, based on the Lee Childs books, will debut online on February 4. Reacher (Alan Ritchson) is a drifter, carrying no phone and the barest of essentials as he travels the country and explores the nation he once served. When he arrives in the small town of Margrave, Georgia, he finds a community grappling with its first homicide in 20 years. The cops immediately arrest him and eyewitnesses claim to place Reacher at the scene of the crime. While he works to prove his innocence, a deep-seated conspiracy begins to emerge, one that will require Reacher’s keen mind and hard-hitting fists to deal with. One thing above all is for sure: They picked the wrong guy to take the fall. The cast includes Willa Fitzgerald, Malcolm Goodwin, Kristin Kreuk, Harvey Guillen, Marc Bendavid, Bruce McGill and Currie Graham.
The new drama Suspicion will debut online on Apple TV+ on February 4. When the son of a prominent American businesswoman (Uma Thurman) is kidnapped from a New York hotel, the eye of suspicion quickly falls on four seemingly ordinary British citizens (Elizabeth Henstridge, Elyse Gabel, Georgina Campbell and Kunal Nayyar) who were at the hotel on the night in question. As they find themselves in a trans-Atlantic cat and mouse race to evade the combined forces of the National Crime Agency and the FBI to prove their innocence, it becomes apparent that not everyone can be trusted. Who is really behind the mysterious abduction, and who is only guilty of being in the wrong place at the wrong time? The cast includes Angel Coulby and Noah Emmerich.
Also on February 4, the second season of Sweet Magnolias will premiere on Netflix; while that same night, the 2022 Winter Olympics get underway on NBC at 8 PM.
The series finale of Claws will air on TNT on February 6 at 9 PM.
On February 6, the spin-off Power Book IV: Force will debut on Starz at the special time of 9:15 PM. The series centers on the mothership series’ Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) as he leaves New York behind and heads to Chicago, even though he’s warned that Chicago might not be the best choice for him.
NOTE: The show will move to its regular time slot of 8 PM on February 13.
The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Cut, Color, Murder will debut on February 6 at 9 PM. When a beauty pageant creator is found dead, a savvy hairdresser (Julie Gonzalo) works with a detective (Ryan McPartlin) and risks everything to clear the names of those she loves.
Lastly also on February 6, the UPtv movie Listen Out for Love will debut at 7 PM. Peyton Pepper (Stephanie Bennett), a goal-driven podcast producer, is forced to mold Alex McKinney (Mark Ghanime), a brash loose cannon, into her next star to create the perfect show about true love and save both of their careers.
