So Help Me Todd (CBS) [NEW – Winter Return] – 4.7 million
10 PM Shows:
Law & Order: Organized Crime (NBC) [NEW – Winter Return] – 3.7 million viewers
CSI: Vegas (CBS) [NEW – Winter Return] – 3.3 million viewers
