Actress Martha Plimpton has joined the cast of the HBO limited series The Palace that will be set in a decaying authoritarian regime, chronicling a year inside an authoritarian government as it starts to unravel. The cast already includes Kate Winslet, Matthias Schoenaerts, Andrea Riseborough and Hugh Grant. Character details for all five actors are being kept quiet, though. (The Hollywood Reporter)
