The feature film Flamin’ Hot will debut online on June 9 on Hulu and Disney+.

Directed by Eva Longoria, the film is inspired by the true story of Richard Montañez (Jesse Garcia), a Frito-Lay janitor who disrupted the food industry by channeling his Mexican American heritage to turn Flamin’ Hot Cheetos from a snack into an iconic global pop-culture phenomenon.

The cast includes Tony Shalhoub, Dennis Haysbert, Annie Gonzalez and Emilio Rivera.

On June 9, the limited series The Crowded Room will debut its first three episodes online on AppleTV+.

Tom Holland stars as Danny Sullivan, a man who is arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979. Told through a series of interviews with curious interrogator Rya Goodwin (Amanda Seyfried), Danny’s life story unfolds, revealing elements of the mysterious past that shaped him, and the twists and turns that will lead him to a life-altering revelation.

The cast includes Jason Isaacs, Emmy Rossum, Sasha Lane, Will Chase, Thomas Sadoski, Lior Raz, Christopher Abbott and Zachary Golinger.

On June 11, the UPtv movie Written in the Stars will debut at 7 PM.

When Kelsey’s magazine approves her pitch about a sceptic’s take on love and horoscopes, she is teamed up with Astrology guru, Carter. Clearly from opposite worlds, they put their competing perspectives aside to work the story around a local meteor shower festival. Through both fact and fate, they soon unearth that love really can be written in the stars.

The Hallmark Movies & Mysteries movie Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Something New will debut at 9 PM on June 9.

Aurora Teagarden (Skyler Samuels) is back home in Lawrenceton post-college near her mother, Aida (Marilu Henner). Working as a teacher’s assistant in a crime fiction class, Aurora is struggling to settle on a thesis for her post-graduate degree. To support her schooling and life, Aurora also waitresses at the local diner at night, where she shares her love of researching true crime with her friend Sally and police officer Arthur (Evan Roderick). When Sally’s fiancé doesn’t show up at their wedding rehearsal, Maid of Honor Aurora gets Arthur to help her search for him. When they discover a body, everyone assumes it is Sally’s tardy groom, but when it turns out to be someone else, Sally’s fiancé becomes the main suspect.
