The new drama The Artful Dodger will debut online on November 29 on Hulu.

This series is an irreverent follow up to Charles Dickens Oliver Twist that explores the adult double life of Jack Dawkins (Thomas Brodie-Sangster). Set in 1850’s Australia, in the lively colony of Port Victory, we meet Jack, The Artful Dodger, who’s transferred his fast fingers as a pickpocket to the nimble skilled fingers of a surgeon.

His past returns to haunt him, though with the arrival of Fagin (David Thewlis), luring him back into a world of crime. A greater threat – to Dodger’s heart – is Lady Belle (Mia Mitchell), the Governor’s daughter, determined to become the colony’s first female surgeon. From heists to life-and-death surgeries, from soirées to street violence, this is a tale of reinvention, betrayal, redemption and love with a twist.

The cast also includes Damon Herriman and Jessica De Gouw.

The holiday movie Mistletoe Connection will debut on UPtv at 7 PM on November 26.

Kate Snow (Jessica Sipos) loves everything about the holidays. From Christmas sweaters to Christmas crafts, Kate loves it all, but what really makes her jolly is Christmas time at her shop, Treasures from the Heart, that’s been in her family for generations. This year, however, a developer is moving into her quaint neighborhood and trying to turn everything she loves upside down.

To make matters worse, Kate had an electric moment with a handsome stranger on a bus, but never got his name and now has no way to find him. Mark Goodwin (Markian Tarasiuk) may wear expensive suits and has a big job, but underneath it all, he loves Christmas and everything that comes with it. When he has a moment of connection with a particularly beautiful stranger – dressed as a Christmas elf no less – he goes on a mission to discover exactly who she is to make his holiday romance dreams come true.

But when Mark and Kate discover that they are on opposite sides of a very personal battle, it will take all the Christmas magic in the world to bring these two together in time for a truly magical holiday.

Here is a trailer for Mistletoe Connection:
