Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:
On August 27, the fourth season premiere of Only Murders in the Building will air online on Hulu.
The 4-part ABC News Studios docuseries After Baywatch: Moment in the Sun will debut online on Hulu on August 28. The docuseries promises a nostalgic and insightful exploration of Baywatch, the cultural phenomenon that defined an era, and an unprecedented look into the stars who brought the world’s most famous lifeguards to life. Through dozens of new cast interviews and never-before-seen footage, this docuseries unpacks how the show captured the mythology of California’s beach culture, set physical beauty standards for an entire generation and capitalized on the adage sex sells.
The new genre-bending Netflix drama Kaos will debut online on August 29. This series will put a modern twist on Greek and Roman mythology, exploring themes of gender politics, power and life in the underworld. The cast includes Aurora Perrineau, Cliff Curtis, David Thewlis, Janet McTeer, Jeff Goldblum and Stephen Dillane.
Also on August 29, the second season premiere of The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power will air online on Amazon Prime while on that same day the season finale of Cobra will air at 9 PM on PBS.
The season finale of The Serpent Queen will air on Starz on August 30 at 8 PM.
On August 31, the Hallmark Channel movie Head Over Heels will debut at 8 PM. Addison’s (Rebecca Dalton) dream comes true when luxury shoe designer Delaney Diaz hires her, thanks to PR guru Austin, but will she be able to achieve a work/life balance while also considering a new romance? Olivier Renaud co-stars.
Lastly, on September 1, the finale of Hotel Portofino will air on PBS at 8 PM while that same night the two-hour season premiere of The Chosen will air on CW.
