Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:
On January 26, the new drama Memory of a Killer will move to its regular timeslot on FOX at 9 PM; and also that night, the third season premiere of the Canadian drama Wild Cards will air on the CW at 8 PM. Meanwhile, on that same day, The Rookie will move to 10 PM on its new night, Mondays, on ABC starting tonight.
The new Marvel series Wonder Man will make its debut online on Disney+ on January 27. Aspiring Hollywood actor Simon Williams (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) is struggling to get his career off the ground. During a chance meeting with Trevor Slattery, an actor whose biggest roles may be well behind him, Simon learns legendary director Von Kovak is remaking the superhero film “Wonder Man.” These two actors, at opposite ends of their careers, doggedly pursue life-changing roles. The cast includes Sir Ben Kingsley, Demetrius Grosse and Ed Harris.
On January 28, the Amazon Prime movie The Wrecking Crew will debut online. In this action comedy, two estranged half-brothers, Jonny (Jason Momoa) and James (Dave Bautista) are forced to reunite after their father’s mysterious death. As they set out to uncover the truth, buried secrets resurface and loyalties are tested, unveiling a conspiracy that can tear their family apart. Together, they are ready to WRECK anything that gets in their way. The film co-stars Stephen Root, Morena Baccarin, Claes Bang and Jacob Batalon.
The third season premiere of School Spirits will air online on Paramount+ on January 28.
On January 29, the first of two parts of season four of Bridgerton will premiere online on Netflix. This season centers of bohemian second son, Benedict Brigerton, as he resists settling down until he meets a mysterious “Lady in Silver” at his mother’s masquerade ball, sparking a classic Cinderella-esque romance with Sophie, a resourceful but overlooked maid, as he struggles to reconcile his fantasy with the reality of her humble station and societal expectations.
The new Hallmark Channel movie Missing the Boat will debut on January 31 at 8 PM. Strangers Kelly and Parker both end up on the same Italian cruise, but after missing the boat during a stop, they’re forced to team up and race across southern Italy to catch up. The movie stars Emilie Ullerup and Kristoffer Polaha.
On February 1, the 68th Annual Grammy Awards will air on CBS at 8 PM while on that same day, the season finale of the second season of The Night Manager will air online on Amazon Prime.0
Lastly, the new MGM+ drama Vanished will debut on February 1 at 9 PM. When a couple’s trip to Paris takes a dark turn with the sudden disappearance of her boyfriend Tom (Sam Claflin) aboard a train to the south of France, Alice (Kaley Cuoco) is plunged into a web of intrigue and danger, uncovering shocking secrets about the man she thought she knew.
