Hey All,

Here are the news items for today:

TELEVISION

Actor Paul Reubens (aka Pee-wee Herman) will guest star in multiple episodes of The Blacklist this fall, playing Mr. Vargas, a dapper, finicky “muscle” who handles delicate situations in the criminal underworld. (Vlada Gelman at TV Line and Mandi Bierly Entertainment Weekly)

Actress Lori Petty will reprise her role of inmate Lolly on Orange Is the New Black during season 3. (Vlada Gelman at TV Line and Natalie Abrams at Entertainment Weekly)

Actor Richard Madden (Game of Thrones) and actress Holliday Grainger (The Borgias) will appear in the BBC1 TV movie adaptation of Lady Chatterley’s Lover, playing lead characters Oliver Mellors and Lady Chatterley. (Dark Horizons)

BBC America is adding another series to its line-up in the form of the sci-fi drama The Living and the Dead that will take place in Somerset, England in 1888, exploring a land and a community on the edge of monumental change and on the hinge between ancient traditional ways and an industrial, scientific future in a land of ghosts and myths, poltergeists and demons. At the heart of the community is Nathan Appleby, a reluctant farmer obsessed with proving the existence of the afterlife. (Lesley Goldberg at The Hollywood Reporter)

DEVELOPMENT NEWS

CBS is working with executive producer Jason Katims and Sarah Watson (Parenthood) on a new medical drama project that is yet untitled. The project will be set at a high-tech Silicon Valley hospital with a cutting-edge approach to medicine. (Nellie Andreeva at Deadline)

Amblin Television is putting together a TV series version of the box office film Minority Report. Plans are in the very early stages of development so there are no other details at this time. But, as a refresher, the story from the 2002 movie had Tom Cruise in a future where a special police unit is able to arrest murderers before they commit their crimes. (Nellie Andreeva at Deadline)

Q&A SECTION (with Natalie Abrams and Samantha Highfill at Entertainment Weekly)

Question:  I saw the EW questions for Once Upon a Time. Why no Rumple or Belle questions? It made me sad, I know there had been some. — Karen

Natalie/Samantha: I did ask about them… just not during The Hot Seat. On the Belle side, there’s this. But on the Rumple side, I hear things are going to get very contentious again between him and Hook this season. “Hook and Rumplestiltskin have a very long history that is blood-riddled and difficult that has been put aside for a little while due to circumstance,” executive producer Adam Horowitz tells me. “But now that circumstances have changed, that past history is going to rear its head again.” Let’s just hope Hook doesn’t steal another one of his wives.

Question:  Do you have any scoop on Lucy Lawless’ character on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? — Sydney

Natalie/Samantha: Former S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Isabelle Hartley shares a history with Coulson, though it’s more like “mutual respect” than anything sexual, according to executive producer Maurissa Tancharoen. In fact, one might look to the comics for a possible clue as to who Isabelle shares that kind of past with. Could she be the very Isabelle that dated the late Victoria Hand? “There’s always a chance,” Jed Whedon says coyly, adding that trust will be an issue with Isabelle. “When we meet her, she might not necessarily be on the right side of things.”

That’s it. Enjoy!

PS: Have a great weekend!!

Actor Kenny Johnson (The Shield and Saving Grace) will have a recurring role in season five of Covert Affairs, playing a former CIA paramilitary operative, who is compassionate and has an excellent track record and strong moral center. He is the type of guy who tackles any challenges thrown his way. Johnson’s arc begins in the second half of the season, which returns this fall. Covert Affairs will air its mid-season finale on August 26 on the USA Network. (Philiana Ng at The Hollywood Reporter)

AMC has given a second season renewal to Halt And Catch Fire. (Dominic Patten at Deadline)

Actress Louise Lombard (CSI) will guest star in at least three episodes of Grimm, playing Elizabeth Lascelles, a mysterious woman connected to the royal families. Grimm will be back starting on October 24 on NBC. (Hanh Nguyen at TV Guide)

Actress Stephanie Jacobsen (Melrose Place and Battlestar Galactica) is joining the cast of NCIS as FBI Agent Leia Pendergast, a former U.S. Marshal turned FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force leader who will be a love interest for Tony (series regular Michael Weatherley). NCIS will be back for its 12th season on September 23 on CBS. (Liz Raftery at TV Guide)

They may have both lost their regular TV gig on the newly cancelled ABC Family series Twisted, but that doesn’t mean that actor Avan Jogia and actress Kylie Bunbury won’t be working together again. It looks like Bunbury will join Jogia in the Spike TV six-hour event series Tut that will chronicle the youngest Pharaoh ever to rule Ancient Egypt with Jogia in the lad role and Bunbury playing a character named Suhad. (Andy Swift at TV Line)

Showtime has given both Ray Donovan and Masters of Sex third season 12-episode renewals. (Laura Prudom at Variety)

DirecTV is bringing Full Circle back for a second season; but this time around Neil LaBute, who wrote the first season, will be replaced by writer Keith Huff (House of Cards and Mad Men). This new season will be set in an Irish bar, focusing on 11 characters whose lives are thrown into turmoil when a man must face his father-in-law in a High Noon scenario, to pay for his actions that put his father-in-law in prison 28 years earlier. The mini-series, based on the historical novel by Alice Hoffman, will center on four women whose lives intersect in a fight for survival at the siege of Masada. Set in ancient Israel, The Dovekeepers is based on the true events at Masada in 70 C.E. After being forced out of their home in Jerusalem by the Romans, 900 Jews were ensconced in a fortress at Masada, a mountain in the Judean desert. Besieged at Masada, the Jews held out for months against the vast Roman armies. The cast already includes Cote de Pablo (NCIS) and Diego Boneta (Pretty Little Liars and Rock of Ages). (Lesley Goldberg at The Hollywood Reporter)

Q&A SECTION (with Adam Bryant at TV Guide and Michael Ausiello at TV Line)

Question: What can you tell me about Twelve and Clara’s dynamic on Doctor Who? — Aisha

Adam: Things will be very different between the pair now that the Doctor — to put it gently — has a few more years on him. In fact, without her schoolgirl crush influencing her, Clara begins to come into her own and be more assertive in their relationship. “I think she succeeds in dominating him, telling him what to do,” Peter Capaldi teases. But don’t expect him to be a total pushover. “She can only get so far with that,” Capaldi says. “Then he’ll turn. He often turns.”

Question: Can you tell me anything about the new season of Person of Interest? — Eric

Adam: Even though the “bad guys” are in control of Samaritan, executive producer Greg Plageman resists the notion that the War of the Machines is one of good vs. evil. “[Samaritan] is a machine that’s going to do what it’s dictated to do,” he says. “It’s not necessarily out to get us, it’s just that we may become collateral damage in what its goal is.” That said, Plageman did confirm that guest star Cara Buono, who was seen gunning people down in the footage revealed at Comic-Con is working for Samaritan. “In the same way that Root becomes a vessel to the Machine, Samaritan has a way of tapping operatives around the world in its own unique way,” he says. “Samaritan can see into people’s personal lives and even detect personality disorders or certain individuals who can be coerced into doing things.” Yeah, that doesn’t sound evil at all!

Question: Any scoop on Castle? —Jess, via Twitter

Adam: How about some exclusive casting news? Devious Maids star Rebecca Wisocky will guest-star in the seventh season’s third episode, “Clear & Present Danger.” She will play Dr. Elena Sarkov, the lead scientist at a cutting-edge research lab, whom the team consults when a pool shark is murdered by a mysterious unseen force. Other details about her character are being tightly guarded, but it sounds to me like the show won’t waste a lot of time getting back to its case-of-the-week structure.

Question: Any scoop at all about the fourth season of Once Upon a Time? —Advanteege

Ausiello: Is Henry en route to having his first crush? (And if so, has he picked the wrong gal?) The ABC series in casting the recurring role of Lily, a bright, self-reliant teen who boasts a “charming, take-no-prisoners punk exterior and the heart of a secretive, insecure opportunist.” Watch for this lass to first appear in Episode 5.

Question: Elizabeth Mitchell in Once Upon a Time?? Tell me more! —Jacquelyn

Ausiello: You sound plenty excited by this casting — as are Lost scribes-turned-Once creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis. “She’s awesome, we love her, we’re so happy to have her and we can’t wait for the audience to discover who she is playing,” Horowitz teases. Perhaps she’s playing someone… eeeevil? Answers Kitsis with a healthy dollop of sarcasm, “We never bring Lost actors on our show to be villains, so….”

Question: We know that the season opener of Castle starts right where we left off in the finale, but is there a time jump after those first initial scenes? —Rachael

Ausiello: Yes, the September 29 premiere features a time jump — and a rather significant one at that — but my lips are zipped about exactly when in the episode the clocks spring forward.

Question: I am dying to know the Castle Season 7 premiere title! —Sandra

Ausiello: The opener, which (per ABC) “promises to put Beckett through the toughest case of her career,” is titled “Driven.”

Question: Nashville Season 3 information? –Naomi

Ausiello: I’ve got more detail on the circumstances that bring Dancing With the Stars‘ Derek Hough into the Music City scene: The biopic in which his character, Noah West, is involved chronicles the life of Patsy Cline — and one of the women on the ABC drama’s canvas also becomes somehow involved with the film (and with Noah…?).

Question: Please tell me Victor Garber will be back in Sleepy Hollow this season. –Ava

Ausiello: Yep. The Alias alum will return for at least one episode as Ichabod’s disapproving pop, EP Mark Goffman tells TVLine. Bonus Scoop: The showrunner adds that we’ll meet Crane’s mom this season, too.

Question: Would love some NCIS: LA scoop, please — anything Hetty-related would be fantastic. —Michelle

Ausiello: Lest you suspect that the Hetty cliffhanger will neatly/quickly resolve itself as previous ones have, as Season 6 opens, “We actually see Hetty reach a point where she cannot resolve the situation herself,” showrunner Shane Brennan told Matt Mitovich. “She hits a wall, where she can’t do any more than what she’s done.” [Cue a rather unexpected savior.] Unrelated bonus scoop: Early on in Season 6, Rocky Carroll will cross over from NCIS to appear as Vance in “more than one” LA episode.

Question: What can you tell me about Brian Hallisay’s character on Revenge? I’m still not over losing Aiden, and I can’t imagine Emily is ready to move on. — Kate

Ausiello: You’re right about one thing, Emily’s not ready to jump into a new relationship. But that doesn’t mean sparks won’t fly between Emily and Hallisay’s Ben. “In the scenes they’ve had together so far, they’ve had great energy,” showrunner Sunil Nayar says. “But we want to take our time with these things; Emily has so much she’s already dealing with, we don’t want to be casual about the next person she chooses to give her heart to. That said, there’s definitely an energy between them that we’re enjoying. We didn’t bring him on to be Emily’s love interest, but by the same token, we didn’t not bring him on for that.”

Question: Any early buzz on how Doctor Who‘s new — and significantly grayer — star Peter Capaldi will differ from his predecessor Matt Smith? —Morgan

Ausiello: The Season 8 premiere, written by exec producer Steven Moffat, makes several overt references to the physical differences between the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctors (whose portrayers have a real-life age difference of 25 years) — including an extended and very amusing bit about Capaldi’s “independently cross” eyebrows. That said, Capaldi himself sounds game for whatever adventures his showrunner cooks up. “The first time you make an escape through a ventilation shaft is quite special,” he notes with a laugh. One future Season 8 installment, though, sounds a little less action-adventure and a little more introspective. Indeed, Moffat promises an episode exploring “What does [the Doctor] do when he’s got nothing to do?” (One theory: Recording DVD extras about “wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff.”)

Question: Will Scandal have some scenes shot in Washington D.C. this upcoming season? —Kyle

Ausiello: If not this season then (likely) at some point in the show’s run. “I wish, I hope, I want to,” Shonda Rhimes tells me, adding that “budgets, budgets, budgets” are the No. 1 obstacle to taking the show on the road to the nation’s capitol. “It’s expensive to go there, for any production. But we’d like to. We hope to. We’re trying to save our pennies.”

Question: Any details on Portia de Rossi’s Scandal character? —Paul

Ausiello: I tried mightily to get Rhimes to spill the beans, but all she would divulge is that the Arrested Development vet is playing “a very formidable person.” Actually, that’s a pretty decent tease, considering how tight-lipped Rhimes can be. I’m putting that in the “win” column.

That’s it. Enjoy!

Q&A SECTION (with Samantha Highfill at Entertainment Weekly)

Question: Any Castle scoop? —Courtney

Samantha: If you were worried that the traumatic events of the finale were going to scar and/or change Castle (especially when it comes to the whole wedding idea), don’t be. Even after everything he’s been through, Nathan Fillion still considers Castle to be a wedding guy. As he put it, Castle is still the man who “wears his joy on his sleeve,” the guy who will say, “Yeah I’ll get married. What the hell. Let’s go!” And just for fun, I also asked Fillion what his dream Castle wedding would be. “I would love to see Castle getting married on the shores of Maui in this little neighborhood I like to go personally for vacations because there’s a great bay right next door,” Fillion said. “You can snorkel there or scuba with turtles and there’s sharks sometimes depending on the time of day.” Who’s in?

Question: Tell me there’s hope for Brandon and Callie on The Fosters in the episodes leading up to the summer finale. She can’t end up his sister! —Lauren

Samantha: Well Lauren, based on the title of the summer finale—”Someone’s Little Sister”—I’m not feeling great about your odds. However, the episode centers around Callie trying to help Rita and the Girls United foster group home, so based on how little he’s mentioned, maybe there’s hope for Brandon yet.

Question: Anything on Hook and Emma on Once Upon a Time? —Jessica

Samantha: Hook and Emma might have ended things on a good note last season, but as we all know by now, nothing’s simple in Storybrooke. Colin O’Donoghue revealed that season 4 picks up right where we left off, which means that “the relationship is still very very complicated and they both have to sort of figure out who they are and how they can make it work if they’re going to make it work,” he said. “Hook is still a pirate at heart even though he very much cares for Emma and really has strong feelings for her, that point being who he is will sort of complicate things. And in the same way, I think with Emma, she’s got her own walls that she needs to break down and figure out if she’s able to feel again and love again. It’s going to be complicated. It’s not going to be plain sailing. Excuse the pun. You know what I mean.” And about Hook’s bad boy side? “You might see a little bit of that,” O’Donoghue teased. “I think people will be happy with his development in this season and they can expect to see a little bit of the pirate back, I think.”

Question: Do you have any Rizzoli & Isles scoop?—@IslesRizzolian

Samantha: Tuesday’s episode is titled “Phoenix Rising,” in which the team helps Korsak on an old case. The good (but maybe bad) news: Jane “refuses to believe that she’s not ready to go back on duty and takes some untraditional steps to stay involved.”

Question: Loving the Mark of Cain storyline on Supernatural! Any word on how long Demon Dean might be sticking around? —Amber

Samantha: When I chatted with executive producer Jeremy Carver a few weeks ago, you might remember that he said the Demon Dean storyline will be sticking (around) for at least the “first run of episodes.” In fact, he mentioned that the Mark of Cain is “very much on the boys’ minds as they plot out a game plan for the next batch of episodes after Dean is healed.” But don’t worry. Even if Dean is healed relatively early on, Carver also promised me that “I think just when it seems like things might be starting to settle down, we will introduce a few new doosies to the world.” Bonus Supernatural scoop: When asked about another Supernatural spinoff—which The CW has said it’s open to—Carver could confirm that “ideas are floating around,” though “nothing is firm yet.”

Question: What more can you tell us about what’s going to happen to Malia and Stiles’s relationship on Teen Wolf beyond Jeff Davis’ very ambiguous answer of “They’ve got a rocky road ahead.” I don’t want/need it to be all sunshine and lollipops, but is this a relationship that we’ll actually see develop as Malia and Stiles work through the natural hazards of living/loving in Beacon Hills or are we just being strung along for some kind of heartbreak from which there is no return? —Jennifer

Samantha: Well Jennifer, I promise not to use the words “rocky road.” What I do know is that Stiles and Malia will find themselves together in episode 10, titled “Monstrous,” but based on the fact that they’re going to uncover the origins of The Dead Pool, I can’t promise it will be all that romantic of a scenario. And come episode 11, it sounds like everyone is going to have something to worry about when Scott and his pack engage in a battle with someone who’s being described as “an old enemy.” Any guesses?

Question: Any scoop on The Knave’s arrival to Storybrooke on Once Upon a Time? —Charlee

Samantha: I asked O’Donoghue if he was at all worried about The Knave stealing any of Hook’s “stud thunder” and he didn’t seem too worried. “I think that The Knave and Hook are very different characters. I think Michael [Socha] is fantastic, and I think he’s a great addition to Once Upon a Time. Obviously, in Wonderland he was fantastic. I’m excited to see how he’ll interact with the characters from Once Upon a Time and with Hook.” O’Donoghue added: “Maybe they can have a duel, a stud-thunder duel.”

That’s it. Enjoy!

Q&A SECTION (with Matt Mitovich at TV Line)

Question: As excited as I am for Once Upon a Time‘s Frozen storyline, I’m curious as to how The Knave (Michael Socha) is going to fit in in Storybrooke. Know anything about that? – Sarah

Mitovich: Do I! Just seconds before publishing this week’s Inside Line, I got off the horn with Once creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis, the former of which said that The Knave’s “background as Will Scarlett, who was one of the Merry Men and a thief, comes into play very early.” Kitsis then added that for Wonderland fans, “We will be explaining why he’s in town. I can also say that he fits rather nicely into Storybrooke, and his introduction is a really fun one.”

Question: Will Once Upon a Time’s Emma go house hunting or will she be living in that loft with Charming and Snow and a crying baby forever? –Shen

Mitovich: “Emma needs her own place, and we’d love for her to see it this year,” Eddy Kitsis agrees. And perhaps to that end, Adam Horowitz notes, “The domestic situation of the Charmings and Emma and Henry and Regina does fit into the early episodes.”

Question: Is Revenge really not doing a flash-forward this season? It’s the show’s signature. –Jason

Mitovich: I can confirm that – tradition be damned — there will not be a flash-forward in Revenge‘s Season 4 premiere, airing Sept. 28.

Question: Just curious, is the actress that played McGee’s girlfriend coming back to NCIS, or are they done? –Chris

Mitovich: Through production of Season 12 thus far, Big Bang alum Margo Harshman has yet to reprise her role as Delilah – though, as show boss Gary Glasberg promised, McGee’s complicated relationship has not been dropped. In fact, I’m hearing that Delilah has been referenced several times already.

Question: Will we see Colin Ferguson back on Haven? –lilslim

Mitovich: Outside of the “previously on” catch-up segment that opens up the Sept. 13 Season 5 premiere, no, you will not see William again – but make no mistake, his presence is very much felt through the first episodes.

Question: Is Nashville killing off Tandy? Judith Hoag tweeted that she’s leaving after Season 3’s second episode. —Chris

Mitovich: The show is not whacking Rayna’s sis, but the character will be written out in the Oct. 1 episode. I hear the door is being left open for Tandy to return at some point, though that seems unlikely (at least in the near future).

That’s it. Enjoy!

Have a great weekend!!

Q&A SECTION (with Adam Bryant at TV Guide and Michael Ausiello at TV Line)

Question: I can’t believe they’re already giving DiNozzo a new love interest on NCIS. — Susan

Adam: I’m sure there are ‘shippers out there who never want to see Tony with anyone but Ziva, but that ‘ship has sailed. Or has it? While executive producer Gary Glasberg says the door is always open for Cote de Pablo to return, Michael Weatherly sounds even more certain. “I’m sure they will see other again,” he says of an eventual reunion between Tony and Ziva. “I am deeply fascinated by what kind of fireworks would result,” Weatherly says. “I absolutely know that it would not be without an explosive quality.”

Question: Outlander isn’t just another love triangle show, with Claire torn between good guy Frank and bad boy Jamie, is it? — Sandra

Adam: Don’t worry, it’s far more complicated than that! As Saturday’s episode reveals, Jamie’s criminal past is a direct result of an encounter with Frank’s ancestor Jack, a captain in the English army. Unlike his kind-natured descendant, Jack is a sadist who once brutally flogged Jamie and sent him to prison when the Scot tried to save his sister from sexual assault. So, ask yourself this: Could Jamie ever truly accept the fact that Claire married a Randall?

Question: Got any teases about the new season of Nashville? — Jessica

Adam: While Rayna’s personal life might be a mess, it sounds like her career will be hotter than ever. “Part of Rayna’s journey this year is being pulled into a whole new level of celebrity,” executive producer Dee Johnson says. Then again, being a huge star in 2014 means letting fans into your personal life. “There was a time when the work would stand for itself and fans would buy your albums,” Johnson says. “But everything now is about social media and really putting yourself out there in a way that has been sort of anathema to Rayna in the past. … [It] is less than comfortable for her.

Question: I can’t believe this season of Royal Pains is almost over! What can we expect? — Julie

Adam: Divya’s struggle to balance medicine and motherhood will hit a heartbreaking climax in the last episodes of the season. When Rafa (with more than a little influence from his mother) suddenly requests joint custody of Sashi, Divya’s entire life, and particularly her demanding job, will be put under the microscope. Expect things to turn ugly when Divya is accused of putting her patients before her daughter in the season finale.

Question: Any scoop on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s FitzSimmons? Any updates on Fitz’s storyline in terms of his injuries? —Stacy

Ausiello: Prepare to be mildly toyed with. Executive producer Jeff Bell told Matt Mitovich that as the September 23 premiere unspools, Fitz’s fate will go unaddressed “just long enough that you think, ‘Oh my God, really? Aren’t they going to…?!’” — before finally revealing the 411 on everyone’s favorite techie. But the bigger question may be: How is the lad’s heart? “The beauty of what [Fitz said to Simmons trapped underwater] is it makes for lots of complicated feelings,” Bell notes. “I’d be curious to see how things will be different or the same now.”

Question: Got any information on Perception‘s mid-season finale? – Barb

Ausiello: Kate and Donnie’s wedding “is starting to awaken things” in Pierce, Eric McCormack says. “Something will happen at the end of the summer that will shake him up enough that he starts to speak about other things he’s been quiet about for a long time.” And after the cliffhanger finale, there’s even more good stuff coming when the season continues this winter. “We get into a whole other area that I’m excited about, where we start to explore a bit more of his relationship with Moretti and all the stuff that’s been unspoken,” the actor adds.

Question: Has Sleepy Hollow cast the Succubus yet? —Janet

Ausiello: They have! I can exclusively confirm that Caroline Ford (Lake Placid: The Final Chapter) has landed the guest-starring role of Lilith — AKA the Succubus. Official character description, authored by Executive Producer Mark Goffman: You may have heard lore about the biblical creature called a Succubus. And as with all creatures on Sleepy Hollow, she comes with our own twist. Ethereal and seductive, Lilith drains her victims’ life force, leaving only desiccated husks behind. She’s drawn to desire, and hidden desires burn brightest, so she will reveal many secrets in her path of exotic destruction. Things in Sleepy Hollow are about to get sexy as—you know… hell.

Question: Will Once Upon a Time fans find out to whom Hook traded his ship? —Meg

Ausiello: Not anytime soon. “It’s definitely something I myself am wondering,” says Colin O’Donoghue, three episodes into shooting Season 4. Especially given the significance of the trade, in the name of helping Emma, “I would be intrigued to see exactly what happened there,” the pirate’s portrayer adds. “The Jolly Roger was his life for 300 years!”

That’s it. Enjoy!

You can learn more about that here. (Rae Votta at The Daily Dot)

Q&A SECTION (with Kristin Dos Santos at E! Online along with additional reporting by Tierney Bricker, Sydney Bucksbaum and Lauren Piester)

Question: How long do we have to wait to see Claire and Jamie together? Loving this show. – Winnie234

E! Online: It will be a slow burn. As of episode six, he still hasn’t lifted his kilt (that sounded way more dirty than intended but you can blame this damn show), but there is enough chemistry between Claire and Jamie to make you spontaneously burst into flames. It’s a slow and crazy-hot burn. Oh, and you know that the man watching Claire in the window outside in the 1940’s was Jamie’s ghost, right? Chilling!

Question: I LOVED Outlander. Will the flashbacks continue so we keep seeing Claire’s husband Frank? – Monica

E! Online: Yes, but the flashbacks are sprinkled. It’s not overly done. The show’s big boss Ronald D. Moore explains: “So much of the show is her drive to get back to that life and to get back to Frank and I didn’t want to lose touch with that. I thought it was important that the audience keep understanding why she keeps trying to get back to those stones. What’s waiting for her? What’s that life she led? Otherwise, why wouldn’t she just hang around here? You have to understand her relationship with Frank and understand that for her, that’s home. You have to remind the audience each week and show them more, because they’re going to get really invested in the show in the 18th century but she’s trying to go to this other place. It’s important to keep touching it every once in a while to remind everyone.”

Question: Got any Downton Abbey spoilers to share, maybe about Lady Mary? – Christina

E! Online: Let’s just say season five could easily be subtitled “How Lady Mary Got Her Groove Back.” “She’s very much out of mourning by series five. For me, it’s like a new Mary,” Michelle Dockery previews. “She’s got her spirit back…she’s got her bite back.” And yes, that includes her romantic bite. But it will be a slow-burn, as Dockery says Lady Mary is “giving herself time romantically with Gilliam and Blake. She’s still not making any quick decisions.”

Question: Anything on Pretty Little Liars? – Yessica9239L

E! Online: Tonight’s episode has one of the best twists form all season long. It’s harkens back to the first episode ever, and it’s pretty awful and twisted. Guesses?

Question: Will Belle and Gold get to be happy for a little while on Once Upon a Time? – Monica

E! Online: Don’t bet on it! Robert Carlyle (Gold) teases that they’ll be content “maybe in the first episode, but then that’s it.” Wah! Emilie De Ravin (Belle) points out that Gold is “bipolar” and we shouldn’t start thinking he’s a good guy. Double wah!

Question: What’s coming up for my favorite troublemaker Juliette on Nashville? – Jenna M.

E! Online: Oh, aside from the fact that Hayden Panettiere’s real-life pregnancy is definitely being written into the show, setting the stage for some major baby daddy drama? Well, Juliette is heading to Hollywood in an attempt to headline a major biopic about one of country music’s most iconic singers. (Hint: her last name starts with a C!) But will an it boy actor, whose already been cast as her onscreen hubby, get in her way?

Question: Bring on the Revenge scoop, please! – Shawn

E! Online: David Clarke (James Tupper) is back, as you know, and I am hearing crazy-good things about his storyline! “I’m really excited to be back with the cast, it’s super fun,” James Tupper says of being resurrected. As for what version of David fans will be meeting? “I think he’s been through a lot in his life, he’s working it out. He’s got a lot of issues. Maybe he needs a therapist?” Because that always goes so well on Revenge.

Question: Do you have any scoop on Wade and Zoe? – Umgirl119

E! Online: While we don’t have anything specific on our favorite Hart of Dixie couple, we do have some extra juicy scoop on the upcoming season of the CW’s sweet, southern charmer. Remember when the network president Mark Pedowitz told E! News, “[Creator] Leila Gerstein is planning to have a pregnancy eventually happen to the character of Zoe Hart” when asked about how Rachel Bilson’s real-life pregnancy might affect the show? That may be happening sooner than you think, since the show is currently casting a female obstetrician in her 40s for episode six. She is described as “a complete professional.”

Question: Do you have more Demon Dean scoop? – @welovejackles

E! Online: We do, and straight from the mouth of the man himself, Jensen Ackles, who gave us a bit of info on just how Demon Dean differs from Regular Dean. “It was a tough season for old Dean last year. He was going through a lot. I wanted to take all of that away, all the weight of the world, all the heavy, the guilt, all of that stuff, remove all of that, because Demon Dean does not care. That’s kind of where I went with this character. He is Dean without a care in the world. It’s not comedic, it’s almost scarier. He cares so little for everything and everybody, and he loves it.”

That’s it. Enjoy!
