The Netflix documentary All the Empty Rooms will debut online on December 1.

This documentary is by Oscar-nominated Joshua Seftel and headed by CBS News broadcast journalist Steve Harman who spent seven years traveling around America to visit families affected by gun violence.

Hartman stepped away from his heartwarming human interest stories and, unbeknownst to his network’s bosses, pursued a piece on absence, memory and the unseen ripples of America’s gun violence epidemic.

As these senseless incidents claimed more young lives than any other cause in America, these quiet bedrooms revealed truths more powerful than statistics ever could.

The documentary Super/Man: The Christopher Reeve Story will debut on HBO on December 7 at 9 PM. The documentary and will also stream on MAX.

Chronicling his personal and professional life before and after the near-fatal horseback riding accident in 1995 that left him paralyzed from the neck down, this movie uses Reeve’s own words, as well as intimate input from his closest family members and friends, to paint a rich, nuanced portrait of a man who refused to be defined by his physicality and who proved that you don’t need tights and a cape to be a hero.

The Hulu documentary Child Star will debut online on September 17.

This documentary will explore the highs and lows of growing up in the spotlight through the lens of some of the world’s most well-known former child stars. Through celebrity interviews, verite scenes and archival footage, this film deconstructs the stages of earlier stardom and looks at the entertainment system over the last century.

Among those to be featured are Demi Lovato, Drew Barrymore, Kenan Thompson, Christina Ricci, Raven-Symoné and JoJo Siwa [among others].
