On October 28, the Passionflix movie Seduction & Snacks will debut online.

Based on the best-selling novel by Tara Sivec, the story focuses on Claire (Mela Green) is a twenty-something, single mom who grudgingly helps her best friend sell adult toys while she attempts to make enough money to start her own business to give her foul-mouthed, but extremely loveable (when he’s asleep) toddler a better life. When Carter (Vince Hill-Bedford), the one-night-stand from her past that changed her life forever, shows up in her hometown bar without any recollection of her besides her unique chocolate scent, Claire will make it a point that he remembers her this time.

The Hallmark Channel holiday movie The Santa Stakeout will debut at 8 PM on October 24.

Tanya (Tamera Mowry-Housely) is a police detective who is reluctantly partnered with fellow detective Ryan (Paul Campbell) to solve a recent string of heists taking place during high-profile holiday parties around town. They go undercover as newlyweds Tasha and Rupert, moving into the vacant house next to Mr. Miller, the jovial chair of the community’s Christmas committee and the prime suspect in the case. As Tanya and Ryan partake in the neighborhood’s holiday happenings to keep up appearances and crack the case, they get swept up in Christmas. Before they know it, their cover story as a couple in love starts to become reality.

Just three days out from their wedding day, Jess and Max are ready to call it quits from the out-of-control planning. However Max’s brother Charlie will stop at nothing to keep them together, he enlists the help of Billie to ensure this meant-to-be couple gets hitched once and for all.

On October 22, the first Hallmark Channel holiday movie You, Me & The Christmas Trees will debut at 8 PM.

Olivia (Danica McKellar) is Connecticut’s resident expert on evergreens who, just days before the holiday, agrees to help Jack (Benjamin Ayres), a fourth generation Christmas tree farmer in Avon. A mysterious illness has befallen their firs, causing them to die out and threatening his family’s 100-year business. As Olivia tries to get to the root of the problem and extends her stay in town, she and Jack spend more time together and feelings begin to develop.

Today was the day for fans of the DC Universe whether it’s their love of comics, animation, box office films, video games, fan art, collectibles or TV shows. Today’s virtual event included tons of talent from all of these avenues of the entertainment industry within the DC world as well as sneak peeks, behind the scenes looks, teasers, trailers and announcements galore.

The cavalcade of DC properties that were discussed included:

The box office films Black Adam, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, The Suicide Squad, The Flash, Blue Bettle, Batgirl, Shazam! Gods of Fury and The Batman;

The current TV shows The Flash, Superman & Lois, Stargirl, Supergirl, Doom Patrol, Batwoman, Legends of Tomorrow, Titans, Sweet Tooth and Pennyworth; as well as the upcoming new shows Peacemaker, DMZ, Naomi and The Sandman;

Animated projects (film or in print) such as Aquaman: King of Atlantis, Milestone Media’s Next Generation DC, My Adventures with Superman, League of Super Pets, Injustice, Catwoman: Hunted, Batman: Unburied, Harley Quinn, Young Justice: Phantoms, Batman: Wayne Family Adventures and Batman: Caped Crusader;

Milestone Media Next Generation DC Announcement. This is a new venture created to develop the next generation of comic book artists, writers, colorists, editors and more.

Jim Lee, the renowned comic book artist, writer, editor and publisher, announced that Superman has a new motto: “Truth, justice and a better tomorrow.”

Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart will team up, once again, this time providing their voices to the animated movie DC’s League of Super Pets, voicing Krypto and Ace respectively.

The movie is in production now with no official release date set just yet.

DC was in the mood for renewals with Doom Patrol and Titans both announcing each would be back for a 4th season on HBO Max; Sweet Tooth will be back with season two on Netflix and Pennyworth will be back for a 3rd season with all 3 seasons airing on HBO Max.

Here is your first look at Gwendoline Christie (from Game of Thrones and the Star Wars franchise) as Lucifer Morningstar in the upcoming live adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman.

Patty Jenkins and the one and only Lynda Carter shared a conversation about Wonder Woman’s 80th Anniversary, shared that Wonder Woman 3 will happen, and it was also shared that a year-long celebration of everyday women is ongoing via Real Women.

On October 17, the UPtv movie Calling for Love will debut at 7 PM.

Successful podcast host Samantha Desouza (Karissa Lee Staples) has a passion for music and an aversion to romance after a recent bad experience. Just when her show is thriving, she is thrown in the deep end by her boss and re-assigned to host Heartwaves, a feel-good love songs show with a segment that reunites lost loves.

Despite her initial lack of enthusiasm, her first caller is the charismatic and charming Jake (Tajh Bellow) who has a problem she’s determined to help solve. What they didn’t expect was to fall for each other in the process. Now Sam must decide whether to shy away from love again, or to be a little more spontaneous and follow her heart.
