On April 1, the Hallmark Channel movie Love in the Maldives will debut at 8 PM.

Rae Parker (Jocelyn Hudon) has a very fabulous, single life that attracts thousands of readers to her monthly travel column, “Reservation for One.” Rae is surprised when her editor wants to send her to the world’s most romantic vacation destination – The Conrad Maldives. She’s an adventurous spirit and staying at the luxurious Muraka makes it difficult for her to find the type of experiences she needs to write an article worthy of her column.

It doesn’t help that Rae is terribly afraid of the open ocean and a hotel that floats in the middle of it. After a few failed solo attempts, Rae realizes she needs some guidance and support to undertake some of the challenges outside of her comfort zone. The Conrad’s Guest Experience Expert, Jared Joseph (Jake Manley), steps in and makes it his personal mission to give Rae the adventure she’s looking for.

The movie follows high school senior Mandy (Peyton Elizabeth Lee), a feminist who doesn’t believe in the idea of falling in love, especially in heteronormative love, but then she falls and there’s undeniable chemistry.

The Passionflix movie Wait With Me, based on the Amy Daws book, will debut online on March 30.

When romance novelist Kate Smith (Madison Lawlor) suddenly gets writer’s block as she’s beginning the final installment of her international steamy, bestselling series, she’ll do pretty much anything to get her groove back. Like sneak into a Tire Depot waiting room because her words flow there just like complimentary coffee-smooth, sweet, and scorchingly hot.

She manages to fly under the radar until the rugged and charming mechanic, Miles Hudson (Andrew Biernat), notices the quirky redhead slinking in and out each day. But she’s way too intriguing to blow the whistle on. Doing a test-drive of her new book idea sounds like a much better option.
