The latest online series – H+ The Digital Series comes from the creative team of producer Bryan Singer (director of Superman Returns), director Stewart Hendler, actor/co-writer John Cabrera and co-writer Cosimo De Tommaso.

This new web series is set in an apocalyptic future where technology has begun to spiral out of control. It is a future where the world’s population has retired its cell phones and laptops in favor of a stunning new device by Hplus Nano Teoranta, an innovative technology company that has found a way to connect the Internet to the human mind 24 hours a day.

But something else is coming. Something dark and vicious and within seconds, billions of people will be dead, opening the door to radical changes in the political and social landscape of the planet prompting survivors to make sense of what went wrong.

The cast includes actors Alexis Denisof (Buffy, the Vampire Slayer and Angel); David Clayton Rogers (Jane By Design) and Amir Arison (Law & Order: Special Victims Unit) as well as an international cast that includes Finnish actor Samuel Vauramo, German actress Hannah Herzsprung, U.S. actresses Nikki Crawford and Lela Loren, Italian actress Francesca Fanti and Irish actress Caitriona Balfe [among others].

On September 17 the new drama Revolution will debut on NBC at 10 PM.

What would happen if the lights went out all over the world? Without any modern technology, everything stops. And in this series, 15 years have passed and the focus is on Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) whose life is dramatically changed when a local militia arrives, kills her father (Tim Guinee) and takes her brother Danny (Graham Rogers). She and some others from their small farming community set out to Chicago to find her uncle (Billy Burke), who her dying father says can help them get Danny back.

The cast includes David Lyons, Giancarlo Esposito, Elizabeth Mitchell, J.D. Pardo, Daniella Alonso and Zak Orth [among others].

FOX will debut the new drama The Mob Doctor at 9 PM on September 17.

Jordana Spiro (My Boys) stars as Dr. Grace Devlin, a top resident at Chicago’s Roosevelt Medical Center where she is heralded as one of the country’s most promising young surgeons; but family ties keep her glued to her Southside roots. To pay off her brother’s life-threatening gambling debt, she makes a deal with the “devil”, working “off Book” for the mafia men she once despised.

The cast includes Zach Gilford (Friday Night Lights), Zeljko Ivanek (Damages), Jesse Lee Soffer (As the World Turns), Wendy Makkena (NCIS) and James Carpinello (The Good Wife) [among others].

The fall TV season is back and viewers have a lot of returning shows, new series and made-for-TV movies to watch.

Here is a list of what will be airing this week on the major and cable networks:

September 10 – The four-part mini-series The Crimson Petal and The White will debut on Encore at 8 PM

Mini-Series Synopsis: The psychological thriller reveals the underbelly of Victorian era London focusing on the travails of prostitute Sugar (Romola Garai). The cast includes Chris O’Dowd, Gillian Anderson, Shirley Henderson and Richard E. Grant.

September 11 – Sons of Anarchy will be back on FX at 10 PM

September 11 – Parenthood will air its season premiere on NBC at 10 PM

September 11 – Bomb Girls will debut on ReelzChannel at 10 PM

Show Synopsis: This six-episode Canadian period piece drama is about a group of women who risk their lives in a munitions factory in support of the European front during World War II. The series stars Jodi Balfour, Meg Tilly, Peter Outerbridge (Nikita) and Sebastian Pigott (Being Erica) [among others].

September 13 – Glee will air its season premiere on FOX at 9 PM

September 14 – A special, previously unaired episode of Touch will air on FOX at 8 PM

The Paley Center for Media will be holding its annual Paley Preview Parties from September 5 to September 11 this year, saluting what each of the major networks have to offer TV viewers this fall.

The first night – Wednesday, September 5 – will focus on NBC and the night will begin at 6 PM with the screening of The New Normal at 7 PM followed by a panel with the cast and creative team of the new sitcom.

The panel is expected to include series creator Ryan Murphy, Executive Producers Ali Adler, and Dante Di Loreto as well as cast members Justin Bartha, Andrew Rannells, Georgia King, Bebe Wood and NeNe Leakes.

After that panel has completed, screenings of other news shows are expected to air in the following order: Go On, Revolution, Animal Practice, Chicago Fire and Guys with Kids.

The next night – Thursday, September 6 – will focus on CBS and the night will also begin at 6 PM with the new sitcom Partners screening at 7 PM and the moderated panel for the sitcom taking place at 7:30 PM. The panel is expected to feature series creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick as well as cast member Michael Urie, David Krumholtz, Sophia Bush and Brandon Routh.

The screenings of the new dramas Elementary, Vegas and Made In Jersey will finish off the night.

A few days later on Saturday, September 8 the day gets started at 4 PM when the party for The CW begins followed by the screening of the new drama Arrow at 5 PM. A panel with the cast and creative team behind Arrow will happen directly after the screening at 5:45. The panel is expected to include cast member Stephen Amell as well as executive producers Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg.

The pilot episodes of the new dramas Emily Owens, M.D. and Beauty and the Beast will bring the party to an end.

On Monday, September 10 FOX will take over starting at 5 PM. A panel with members of the cast and creative teams behind Ben and Kate, The Mindy Project and The Mob Doctor will take place at 6 PM. This panel is expected to feature Ben and Kate cast member Dakota Johnson and series creator and executive producer Dana Fox; The Mindy Project cast member Chris Messina and executive producer Matt Warburton as well as The Mob Doctor cast member Jordana Spiro and executive producers Josh Berman and Rob Wright. The screenings of all three shows will follow after the panel.

Closing out the preview parties will be ABC on Tuesday, September 11 starting at 6 PM. The first screening will be for the returning drama Scandal at 7 PM followed by a moderated panel for the series at 7:45 PM. This panel is expected to include cast member Kerry Washington, Tony Goldwyn, Columbus Short, Katie Lowes, Guillermo Diaz, Darby Stanchfield, Jeff Perry, Joshua Malina and Bellamy Young as well as executive producers Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers.

Then screenings of the new comedies Malibu Country and The Neighbors will happen starting at 8:30 followed by panels with cast and the creative teams behind both sitcoms at 9:15. This panel is expected to include Malibu Country cast members Reba McEntire, Lily Tomlin and Sara Rue as well as Executive Producer Kevin Abbott and The Neighbors cast members Lenny Venito and Jami Gertz as well as series creator-executive producer Dan Fogelman

The evening will close with the debut episode of the new drama Nashville at 10 PM.

Please note that the programs and times for each night are subject to change and the line-ups for each moderated panel could be altered based on availability of the talent and crew. As of yesterday, an online auction – the Primetime Emmy Season Online Auction to be exact – opened courtesy of The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation (the folks behind the Emmy Awards for those unfamiliar with the name).

You can visit here to find out all the great TV goodies up for bid. But, some of the highlights of the auction include the following items:

– VIP tour of Warner Bros. Studios, complete with tickets to “The Big Bang Theory”
– Set visit to “Community”
– Signed Stetson from the cast of “Dallas”

The new BBC America drama Copper will on August 19 debut at 9 PM.

Tom Weston-Jones (Life on Mars) stars as a rugged Irish-American cop working the City’s notorious Five Points neighborhood, struggling to maintain his moral compass in a turbulent world, while on an emotional and relentless quest to learn the truth about the disappearance of his wife and the death of his daughter. His friendship with two Civil War compatriots takes him to the contrasting worlds of elegant Fifth Avenue and an emerging African-American community in rural northern Manhattan. The three men share a secret from their experience on the battlefield that inextricably links their lives forever.

The cast includes Tanya Fischer, Franka Potente, Kyle Schmid, Anastasia Griffith, Tessa Thompson and Kevin Ryan [among others].

The new TNT series Major Crimes, the spin-off from The Closer, will debut at 10 PM on August 13.

Mary McDonnell stars as Police Captain Sharon Raydor in this spin-off that will focus on how the American justice system approaches the art of the deal as law-enforcement officers and prosecutors work together to score a conviction.

The cast includes The Closer vets G.W. Bailey, Anthony Denison, Michael Paul Chan, Raymond Cruz and Phillip P. Keene and new cast members Graham Patrick Martin and Kearran Giovanni.
