On September 23, the new FOX drama Prodigal Son will debut at 9 PM.

The series stars Tom Payne (The Walking Dead) as the son of a convicted serial killer (Michael Sheen, Masters of Sex and Good Omens), who has made hunting murderers his life’s work. T

he series also stars Bellamy Young (Scandal), Lou Diamond Phillips (Longmire), Halston Sage (The Orville) and Keiko Agena (Gilmore Girls).

On September 20, the new Netflix series Criminal will debut online.

The series consists of 12 episodes of 45 minutes with three episodes each set across four countries – France, Spain, Germany and the UK. The drama takes place exclusively within the confines of a police interview suite. It is a stripped down, cat-and-mouse drama that will focus on the intense mental conflict between the police officer and the suspect in question.

The cast includes David Tennant (Doctor Who and Good Omens) and Hayley Atwell (Avengers franchise and Agent Carter).

The 8-episode streaming series Unbelievable will debut online on Netflix on September 13.

Marie Adler (Kaitlyn Dever from Justified and Last Man Standing), a teenager who was charged with lying about having been raped, and the two female detectives, Grace Rasmussen (Toni Collette) and Karen Duvall (Merritt Weaver) who followed a twisting path to arrive at the truth.

The cast will also include Elizabeth Marvel and Vanessa Bell Calloway.

On September 12, the Netflix series The I-Land will debut online.

The 7-episode mystery follows what happens when 10 people wake up on a treacherous island with no memory of who they are or how they got there. As the group sets off on a trek to try to get back home, they soon discover this world is not as it seems.

The cast includes Natalie Martinez (Under the Dome), Kate Bosworth (Superman Returns), Michelle Veintimilla (Gotham), Alex Pettyfer (I Am Number Four and Magic Mike) and Kyle Schmid (Six, Copper and Blood Ties) [among others].

On August 14, the new series Why Woman Kill will debut on CBS All Access.

A darkly comedic drama detailing the lives of three women living in three different decades: a housewife in the 60s, a socialite in the 80s and a lawyer in 2018, each dealing with infidelity in their marriages.

On August 7, the new drama Bulletproof will debut on The CW at 8 PM.

The action-thriller follows two undercover cops, Bishop (Noel Clarke from Doctor Who and Star Trek: Into Darkness) and Pike (Ashley Walters from Top Boy) as they chase down hardened criminals in London’s East End. Despite their differences, Bishop and Pike work brilliantly together even when the chemistry between them looks set to explode.

On July 31, the new Hulu streaming series Four Weddings and a Funeral will debut online.

Show Synopsis: Four American friends — Maya (Nathalie Emmanuel from Game of Thrones), Craig (Brandon Mychal Smith from You’re the Worst), Ainsley (Rebecca Rittenhouse from Red Band Society) and Duffy (John Paul Reynolds from Stranger Things) — who reunite for a fabulous London wedding. But after a bombshell at the altar throws their lives into turmoil, they must weather a tumultuous year of romance and heartbreak. Relationships are forged and broken, political scandals exposed, London social life lampooned, love affairs ignited and doused, and of course, there are four weddings…and a funeral.

The new EPIX drama Pennyworth will debut on July 28 for 70 minutes starting at 9 PM.

The 10-episode drama is based on Alfred Pennyworth (Jack Bannon from Endeavour and Medici), [the future legendary butler extraordinaire of Bruce Wayne], a former British SAS soldier in his 20s, who forms a security company and goes to work with a young billionaire Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge from Reign and Fleabag), who’s not yet Bruce’s father, in 1960s London.

The cast includes multi-award-winning recording artist Paloma Faith, Jason Flemyng (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button), Ryan Fletcher (Outlander), Hainsley Lloyd Bennett (Eastenders), Emma Paetz (Gentleman Jack), Polly Walker (The Mentalist and Rome) and Emma Corrin (The Crown).
