Paley Fest 2014: A Look at the Annual Event in Pictures (Part 1)

Paley Fest 2014 got started on March 13 with Veronica Mars as the opening panel and over the course of the next week six other shows have been spotlighted including:

Orange Is the New Black – March 14
How I Met Your Mother – March 15
Pretty Little Liars and Lost – March 16
Parks and Recreation – March 18
Sleepy Hollow – March 19

There are eight more panels yet to come from March 21 through March 28, but for now let’s take a look at the above panels in picture form thanks to the photography of Dominick Dusseault.

Movie of the Week Recommendation: A Very Merry Mix-Up

A Very Merry Mix-Up NEW

On November 10, the Hallmark Channel movie A Very Merry Mix-Up will debut at 8 PM.

Shop owner Alice Chapman (Alicia Witt) is nervous to meet her future in-laws at Christmas, especially because she is arriving ahead of her new fiancé, Will Mitchum (Scott Gibson). Alice’s trip becomes more stressful when her luggage is lost and her phone is damaged, leaving her no way to find Will’s family. As fate would have it, she meets her future brother-in-law, Matt Mitchum (Mark Wiebe), at baggage claim and is happy to get a ride home with him. As Alice meets Matt’s doting family, mom Penny (Susan Hogan), dad Joe (Richard Fitzpatrick) and Grandpa Charles (Lawrence Dane), she falls in love with their festive holiday traditions and warm welcome to their home. But then Alice realizes she feels a kindred spirit-not to mention a spark-with Matt.

Comic Con 2013: Pictures from Saturday

Here are the pictures from the Saturday panels for which I attended at Comic Con 2013:

The first panel was for the new ABC spin-off drama Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, featuring new faces Sophie Lowe and Peter Gadiot and Brit actor Michael Socha:

That panel was followed up by Once Upon a Time including cast members Robert Carlyle, Lana Parrilla, Emilie de Ravin, Colin O’Donoghue, Michael James Raymond, Josh Dallas, Ginnifer Goodwin and Jennifer Morrison:

Comic Con 2013: Pictures from Thursday

Here are the pictures that I was able to take for the panels I attended at Comic Con 2013 on Thursday, July 17.
