With the holidays upon us, there were just a little over two dozen cable dramas airing new episodes throughout November, many of the dramas coming to an end throughout the month. There were also lots of holiday movies airing during the month.

First, let’s take a look at all of the cable network dramas fared in the ratings for the month of November:

CABLE DRAMAS

MONDAYS:

No cable dramas aired on Monday nights during the month.

TUESDAYS:

The Haves and the Have Nots – The season finale of the 5th season of the long-running OWN drama aired on November 6, earning 1.7 million viewers. The drama has yet to be picked up for a sixth season by OWN, though.

WEDNESDAYS:

Greenleaf – The final three episodes of the third season of the OWN megachurch drama aired during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 7 – 1.3 million viewers
November 14 – 1.2 million viewers
November 21 – 1.3 million viewers (Season Finale)

This averages out to 1.3 million viewers for November. Greenleaf has been renewed for a fourth season by OWN and will be back at some point next year.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse – The final two episodes of the latest FX anthology aired during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 7 – 1.6 million viewers
November 14 – 1.8 million viewers (Season Finale)

This averages out to 1.7 million viewers for November. Another season of American Horror Story will air on FX sometime next year.

Vikings – The fifth season of the History Channel drama premiered on November 28, earning 1.9 million viewers. A new episode of Vikings aired on December 5 with the next new episode set to air on the History Channel on Wednesday, December 12 at 9 PM.

Clique – The 6-part British series debuted on POP on November 7, airing all 6 hours during the month, but ratings could not be tracked down. A second season has been renewed, but an official airdate has yet to be announced.

THURSDAYS:

No cable dramas aired on Thursday nights during the month.

FRIDAYS:

Z Nation – The Syfy zombiefest series aired five new episodes of its fifth season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 2 – 457,000 viewers
November 9 – 457,000 viewers
November 16 – 531,000 viewers
November 23 – 448,000 viewers
November 30 – 436,000 viewers

This averages out to 466,000 viewers for November. A new episode aired on December 7 with the next new episode of Z Nation set to air on Syfy on Friday, December 14 at 9 PM.

Van Helsing – The other Syfy thriller series aired five new episodes of its third season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 2 – 457,000 viewers
November 9 – 416,000 viewers
November 16 – 359,000 viewers
November 23 – 354,000 viewers
November 30 – 318,000 viewers

This averages out to 381,000 viewers for November. A new episode aired on December 7 with the next new episode of Van Helsing set to air on Syfy on Friday, December 14 at 10 PM.

SATURDAYS:

Versailles – The Ovation period piece drama aired five new episodes from its third and final season during the month, but no ratings could be tracked down. A new episode aired on December 1 and the series finale of Versailles aired on Ovation on Saturday, December 8 at 10 PM.

SUNDAYS:

The Last Ship – The TNT military drama aired the last two episodes from its fifth and final season on during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 4 – 1.1 million viewers
November 11 – 1.1 million viewers (Series Finale)

This averages out to 1.1 million viewers for November.

You – The Lifetime psychological thriller aired four episodes of its debut season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 4 – 470,000 viewers
November 11 – 526,000 viewers (Season Finale)

This averages out to 498,000 viewers for November. You was renewed for a second season by Lifetime, but the new season will air on Netflix at some point next year.

Doctor Who – Four new episodes of the latest season of the worldwide hit series aired during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 4 – 685,000 viewers
November 11 – 710,000 viewers
November 18 – 745,000 viewers
November 25 – 867,000 viewers

This averages out to 752,000 viewers for November. A new episode aired on December 2 with the next new episode of Doctor Who set to air on BBC America on Sunday, December 9 at 8 PM.

The Walking Dead – The long-running AMC drama aired four new episodes of its 9th season, including its mid-season finale, during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 4 – 5.4 million viewers
November 11 – 5.4 million viewers
November 18 – 4.8 million viewers
November 25 – 5.1 million viewers (Season Finale)

This average out to 5.2 million viewers for November. The rest of the 9th season of The Walking Dead will return to AMC starting on Sunday, February 10 at 9 PM.

Outlander – The time-travel, adventure drama premiered its fourth season on November 4, airing four episodes during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 4 – 1.1 million viewers
November 11 – 870,000 viewers
November 18 – 861,000 viewers
November 25 – 960,000 viewers

This averages out to 948,000 viewers for November. A new episode aired on December 2 with the next new episode of Outlander set to air on Starz on Sunday, December 9 at 8 PM.

Ray Donovan – The Showtime drama aired four new episodes of its sixth season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

November 4 – 732,000 viewers
November 11 – 868,000 viewers
November 18 – 871,000 viewers
November 25 – 989,000 viewers

This averages out to 865,000 viewers for November. A new episode aired on December 2 with the next new episode of Ray Donovan set to air on Showtime on Sunday, December 9 at 9 PM.

Dirty John – The new Bravo drama, starring Connie Britton, debuted on November 25, earning 1.2 million viewers. A new episode aired on December 2 with the next new episode set to air on Bravo on Sunday, December 9 at 10 PM.

The Durrells of Corfu – The PBS series aired the finale three episodes of its third season during the month but ratings could not be tracked down for those episodes. A fourth season of the series has yet to be renewed.

Poldark – The popular PBS period drama aired the final three episodes from its fourth season during the month, but ratings could not be tracked down for those episodes. A 5th season of Poldark will air on PBS sometime next year.

The Woman in White – The final three episodes of the five-part period drama aired on PBS during the month, but no ratings could be tracked down. A second season has not be renewed yet.

MADE-FOR-TV MOVIES AND MINI-SERIES
