It’s that time again, to take a look at how the cable dramas and made-for-TV movies that aired in February fared in the ratings.

First, let’s take a look at the ratings for the dramas:

CABLE DRAMAS

MONDAYS:

Snowpiercer – The TNT sci-fi series aired four more new episodes from its second season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 1 – 974,000 viewers
February 8 – 873,000 viewers
February 15 – 915,000 viewers
February 22 – 875,000 viewers

This averages out to 909,000 viewers for February. New episodes aired on March 1, March 18 and March 15 with the two-hour season finale of Snowpiercer set to air on TNT on Monday, March 29, starting at 9 PM.

The Salisbury Poisonings – The BBC limited series drama aired the final three episodes of its debut season on AMC during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 1 – 192,000 viewers
February 8 – 403,000 viewers
February 15 – 249,000 viewers (Series Finale)

This averages out to 281,000 viewers for February. There are no plans for a second season of The Salisbury Poisonings.

TUESDAYS:

Queen Sugar – The 5th season of the OWN drama premiered on February 16, airing two episodes during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 16 – 753,000 viewers (Season Premiere)
February 23 – 644,000 viewers

This averages out to 699,000 viewers for February. New episodes aired on March 2, March 9 and March 16 with the next new episode of Queen Sugar set to air on OWN on Tuesday, March 23 at 8 PM.

WEDNESDAYS:

C.B. Strike – The remaining two episodes from the second season of the HBO series based on the best-selling crime novels by Robert Galbraith (the pseudonym for J.K. Rowling) aired during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 3 – No numbers could be tracked down
February 10 – 102,000 viewers (Finale)

This averages out to 102,000 viewers for February. C.B. Strike has yet to be renewed for a third season.

Resident Alien – The Alan Tudyk-led alien series aired four new episodes of its debut season on Syfy during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 3 – 1.2 million viewers
February 10 – 876,000 viewers
February 17 – 1 million viewers
February 24 – 1.2 million viewers

This averages out to 1.1 million viewers for February. New episodes aired on March 3, March 10 and March 17 with the next new episode of Resident Alien set to air on Syfy on Wednesday, March 24 at 10 PM.

THURSDAYS:

There were no cable dramas airing on Thursday night during February.

FRIDAYS:

800 Words – The popular Australian family drama aired the final three episodes of the first half of its third and final season on UPtv in February, but ratings could only be tracked down. The remaining half of the final season is anticipated to air on UPtv sometime this fall.

SATURDAYS:

There were no cable dramas airing on Saturday night during February.

SUNDAYS:

Your Honor – The Bryan Cranston-led Showtime limited series aired the final two episodes of its only season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 7 – 582,000 viewers
February 14 – 742,000 viewers (Series Finale)

This averages out to 662,000 viewers for February. Your Honor was a limited series with no intentions of there being any other seasons.

The Watch – The unusual AMC sci-fi drama aired the final two episodes from its debut season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 7 – 143,000 viewers
February 14 – 130,000 viewers (Finale)

This averages out to 137,000 viewers for February. The Watch has yet to be renewed by AMC for a second season.

American Gods – The Starz fantasy series aired three more new episodes from its third season during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 7 – No episode aired
February 14 – 123,000 viewers
February 21 – 197,000 viewers
February 28 – 180,000 viewers

This averages out to 167,000 for February. New episodes aired on March 7 and March 14 with the season finale of American Gods set to air on Starz on Sunday, March 21 at 8 PM.

The Luminaries – The Australian limited series debuted on Starz starting on February 14, airing three episodes during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 14 – 154,000 viewers (DEBUT)
February 21 – 117,000 viewers
February 28 – 114,000 viewers

This averages out to 128,000 viewers for February. New episodes aired on March 7 and March 14 with the series finale of The Luminaries set to air on Starz on Sunday, March 28 at 9:30 PM.

When Calls the Heart – The much-anticipated 8th season of the Hallmark Channel drama premiered on February 21, airing two episodes during the month. The ratings for those episodes are as follows:

February 21 – 2.1 million viewers (Season Premiere)
February 28 – 2.2 million viewers

This averages out to 2.2 million viewers for February. New episodes aired on March 7 and March 14 with the next new episode of When Calls the Heart set to air on the Hallmark Channel on Sunday, March 21 at 9 PM.

The Walking Dead – The long-running zombiefest series returned to AMC with new bonus episodes from its 10th season starting on February 28, earning 2.9 million viewers. New episodes aired on March 7 and March 14 with the next new episode of The Walking Dead set to air on AMC on Sunday, March 21 at 9 PM.

No ratings could be tracked down for the following dramas on PBS all of which aired new episodes and came to a close in February: All Creatures Great and Small; Miss Scarlet & The Duke and The Long Song. No ratings could be tracked down for the new EPIX drama Bridge and Tunnel, which also aired new episodes and came to a close in February.

EPIX has yet to give Bridge & Tunnel a second season; All Creatures Great and Small was given a second season order in late 2020 while a decision has yet to be made on a second season for Miss Scarlet & The Duke while The Long Song came to an end as it was a 3-episode limited series.

MADE-FOR-TV MOVIES

The following are the ratings for the made-for-TV movies that aired in February:

It Was Always You (Hallmark Channel) – 2.5 million viewers
Beverly Hills Wedding (Hallmark Channel) – 2.4 million viewers
Playing Cupid (Hallmark Channel) – 2.2 million viewers
Mix Up in the Mediterranean (Hallmark Channel) – 1.9 million viewers
Crossword Mysteries: Terminal Descent (Hallmark Movies & Mysteries) – 1.3 million viewers
Chronicle Mysteries: Helped to Death (Hallmark Movies & Mysteries) – 1.2 million viewers
Hint of Love (UPtv) – 142,000 viewers
The Dating List (UPtv) – 129,000 viewers
Sincerely, Your Truly (UPtv) – 46,000 viewers

No ratings could be tracked down for the following movies in February:

Don’t Waste Your Pretty (TV One)
Made for You, With Love (UPtv)
