The Netflix movie Against the Ice will debut online on March 2. In 1909, a Denmark expedition led by Captain Ejnar Mikkelsen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau from Game of Thrones, who also co-wrote this film) was attempting to disprove the United States’ claim to North-Eastern Greenland, a claim that was rooted in the idea that Greenland was broken up into two different pieces of land. Leaving their crew behind with the ship, Mikkelsen sleds across the ice with his inexperienced crew member, Iver Iversen. Macy.

The HBO Max 6-part series The Tourist will debut online on March 3. Jamie Dornan stars as a British man who finds himself in the glowing red heart of the Australian outback being pursued by a vast tank truck trying to drive him off the road. The series is an epic cat and mouse chase that unfolds with “The Man” (Dornan) waking up in the hospital, hurt, but somehow alive – except he has no idea who he is. With merciless figures from his past pursuing him, The Man’s search for answers propels him through the vast and unforgiving outback.

Also on March 3, the second season of Star Trek: Picard will premiere online on Paramount+.
