On February 28, the new Hallmark Channel movie Romance at Hope Ranch will debut at 8 PM.

Hope Morgan (Alison Sweeney) sets out to begin a new chapter of her life—fulfilling her childhood dream of running a ranch in the picturesque town of Ruidoso, New Mexico and reviving the beloved Giddy Up Gala.

The movie also stars Gabriel Hogan.

Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:

On February 23, the first three episodes of the second season of the Hulu drama Paradise will premiere online.

The new drama The Family Next Door will debut online on Acorn TV on February 23. Based on the novel by Sally Hepworth, the series follows the enigmatic Isabelle (Teresa Palmer), who moves into a small seaside cul-de-sac and begins to investigate the lives of four neighboring families. The cast includes Bella Heathcote, Philippa Northeast and Bob Morley.

Also on February 23, FBI will return with new episodes on CBS at 9 PM followed by the debut of the new spin-off series CIA at 10 PM. The spin-off series CIA is centered on two unlikely partners – a fast-talking, rule-breaking loose cannon CIA case officer (Tom Ellis from Lucifer), and a by-the-book, seasoned and smart FBI agent (Nick Gehlfuss from Chicago Med) who believes in the rule of law. When this odd couple are assigned to work out of CIA’s New York Station, they must learn to work together to investigate cases and criminals posing threats on U.S. soil, finding that their differences may actually be their strength. The cast includes Necar Zadegan and Natalee Linez.

The State of the Union Address (GROAN!) will preempt programming on many channels on February 24. NOTE: Please be forewarned and try to avoid the farce that this address will turn out to be

On February 25, the new Amazon Prime movie The Bluff will debut online. When her tranquil life on a remote island is shattered by the return of her vengeful former captain (Karl Urban), a skilled ex-pirate (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) must confront her bloody past and unleash her deadly talents to save her family from a ruthless siege. The cast includes Temuera Morrison (Aquaman) and Ismael Cruz Cordova (Berlin Station and The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power).

New episodes of The Hunting Party will return, after the Winter Olympics, on NBC starting on February 26; meanwhile, that same day, the second part of season four of Bridgerton will air online on Netflix.

Also on February 26, the new limited series The Gray House will debut online on Amazon Prime. Set on the Underground Railroad during the US Civil War, four women help turn the tide of the war in favor of the Union by turning from railroad operatives into spies. The cast includes Mary-Louise Parker, Daisy Head, Paul Anderson, Hannah James, Robert Knepper, Christopher McDonald, Colin Morgan, Rob Morrow, Sam Trammell and Ben Vereen.

Matlock and Elsbeth will both return with new episodes on CBS on February 26 at 9 and 10 PM respectively.

On February 27, the third season of Tehran will premiere online on Apple TV; meanwhile, that same day, the second season of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters will premiere today online on Apple TV. Also that night, new episodes of Sheriff Country, Fire Country and Boston Blue will all air, starting tonight on CBS at 8, 9 and 10 PM respectively.

The 57th Annual NAACP Image Awards will air on CBS and BET at 8 PM on February 28.

On March 1, The Actor Awards, formerly The SAG Awards, will air on Netflix; while that same day, the finale of Industry will air on HBO at the special time of 8 PM.

Lastly, the new Yellowstone spin-off series Marshals will debut on March 1 on CBS at 8 PM followed by the return of Tracker at 9 PM and the return of Watson at 10 PM (now back on Sunday nights). The new show Marshals focuses on Ex-Navy SEAL Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes) who leaves Yellowstone Ranch to join the U.S. Marshals, using his cowboy and military skills to fight crime in Montana while dealing with family ties and the mental toll of law enforcement. The cast includes Arielle Kebbel, Logan Marshall-Green, Ash Santos, Brecken Merrill and Brett Cullen along with appearances by Yellowstone alums Gil Birmingham and Mo Brings Plenty.
