Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:

On September 1, the new Amazon Prime drama The Runarounds will debut online. The series follows a group of recent high school graduates from Wilmington, North Carolina, who come together the summer after graduation to form a rock band, united by their shared love of music and near-impossible dream of stardom. Over the course of one unforgettable summer, they throw themselves into the pursuit of their big break – falling in love, getting into trouble, and building the kind of bonds that feel like family along the way. The cast includes Lilah Pate, William Lipton, Brooklyn Decker, Hayes MacArthur and a number of newcomers.

The new series Karen Kingsbury’s A Thousand Tomorrows will debut online on Netflix on September 1. This 6-episode mini-series tells the story of Cody Gunner (Colin Ford), a bull rider who is pretty much a legend among the other professionals of his segment. The secret to his success: anger. His equally famous bull-riding father abandoned the family when Cody was just 11 years old. Having lived most of his life with a wall pulled up around him, Cody starts to change when he meets Ali (Rose Reid), a Christian woman who starts to teach him to see the world through another lens.

Also on September 1, the new movie Winter Spring Summer or Fall will debut online on Paramount+. Remi and Barnes (Jenna Ortega and Percy Hynes White), two very different teenagers, meet by chance in the winter of their senior year, then spend four days together over the course of a year that will change their lives forever. Adam Rodriguez and Marisol Nichols co-star.

The finale of Countdown will air online on Amazon Prime on September 3 while that same day, the second part of season two of Wednesday will premiere online today on Netflix.

On September 4, the new spin-off series NCIS: Tony & Ziva will debut its first three episodes on Paramount+. After Ziva’s apparent death, Tony raises their daughter, Tali (Isla Gie). Years later, Ziva (Cote de Pablo) returns and reunites with Tony (Michael Weatherly). Tony’s company is attacked, and the family travels to Europe, trying to learn who’s after them and to trust each other again.

The new Britbox drama Lynley will debut online on September 4. Tommy Lynley (Leo Suter) is a brilliant police detective but an outsider in the force – simply by virtue of his aristocratic upbringing. He is paired with Barbara Havers (Sofia Barclay), a sergeant with a maverick attitude and a working-class background. With seemingly nothing in common and against all odds, the mismatched duo of Lynley and Havers become a formidable team, bonded by their desire to see justice done. His brain and her spirit – his knowledge and her instincts. It is only through working side by side do they both find where they truly belong. The cast includes Daniel Mays.

Also on September 4, the new crime drama The Sunshine Murders will debut its first two episodes on UPtv starting at 7 PM. The series is about an unlikely crime fighting duo made up of two very different sisters. Shirley soon helps Helen solve crimes with her ‘bush’ wisdom and wit while they try to find their missing father. The series stars British pop star Peter Andre, Stephanie Beacham, Camilla Rutherford, Nick Moran, Nina Wadia and Marina Sirtis.

The Apple TV+ movie Highest 2 Lowest will debut online on September 5. The Spike Lee directed movie stars Denzel Washington as a titan music mogul, who is targeted with a ransom plot.
