Here is the list of the programming options to expect on TV this coming week:

On June 16, the 2024 box office movie Love Me will make its small screen debut online on Paramount+ with Showtime. This movie is a postapocalyptic romance in which a buoy and a satellite meet online and fall in love after the end of human civilization. Kristen Stewart and Steven Yeun star.

The second season of the period piece drama The Buccaneers will premiere online on Apple TV+ on June 18.

On June 18, the new period piece drama Outrageous will debut online on Britbox. Set against the gathering storm clouds of the 1930s, the series is inspired by the lives of the aristocratic Mitford sisters – six headstrong women who frequently made headlines around the world. Yet their lives would ultimately take very different paths – from Nancy (Bessie Carter) who became a celebrated author and journalist, to Jessica (Zoe Brough) who rejected her inherited privilege and dedicated her life to revolutionary causes. A family saga like no other, this is the Mitfords as they really were: unapologetic, outrageous and utterly human. The other sisters will be played by Isobel Jesper Jones, Joanna Vanderham, Shannon Watson and Orla Hill. The cast also includes Anna Chancellor, James Purefoy, Joshua Sasse and Toby Regbo.

The new drama We Were Liars will debut online on Netflix on June 18. This mystery thriller is based on the novel by E. Lockhart follows Cadence Sinclair Eastman (Emily Alyn Lind) and her tight-knit inner circle, nicknamed the Liars, during their summer escapades on her grandfather’s New England private island. The Sinclairs are American royalty – known for their good looks, old money, and enviable bond – but after a mysterious accident changes Cadence’s life forever, everyone, including her beloved Liars, seems to have something to hide. The cast includes Caitlin FitzGerald, Candice King, David Morse, Mamie Gummer, Joseph Zada and Rahul Kohli.

On June 19, the new drama The Waterfront will debut online on Netflix. For decades, the Buckley family has ruled Havenport, North Carolina, dominating everything from the local fishing industry to the town’s restaurant scene. But their fishing empire has started to crumble as patriarch Harlan Buckley (Holt McCallany) recovers from two heart attacks, and his wife Belle (Maria Bello) and son Cane (Jake Weary) venture into the deep end to keep the family businesses afloat. As their attempts spiral out of control and into treacherous waters, Harlan steps back in to take command. Facing her own demons, Buckley daughter Bree (Melissa Benoist), an addict in recovery who’s lost custody of her son, finds herself entangled in a complicated relationship that could threaten the family’s future forever. The cast includes Danielle Campbell, Dave Annable, Humberly Gonzalez, Michael Gaston, Rafael L. Silva, Topher Grace and Zach Roerig.
